  1. I also can cut the price by using your stock rb oil pan and pickup. I only use the flange off the oil pan and build it up from there. the price for that is 400.00 for the RWD block and 500.00 for the AWD block plus shipping back to you.
  2. sure, no problem that's why this forum is here to help people I charge 475.00 for the rear wheel drive block and 575.00 for the all wheel drive block the awd blocks require alot more metal work as you can see in the thread. the rb20's are 98% of the time rwd block so it's 475.00 plus shipping to you. That includes the custom oil pan, a modified pick up and sealant to seal it all up.
  3. Yes I used the stock rb20 mounts. I had to slot the holes in the s30 cradle a little foward (about 1/4 inch). This swap is easy. And it runs like a beast. I have a rb25 turbo, 440 injectors and NIStune to tune the ecu. I think I'm going to put a holset hx35 on it to see how that runs.
  4. the problem with the whole swap is that you will need a rear sump pan. Thats where I can help you. I have been building custom oil pans for the rb swaps. When I did my swap I could not find a rear sump pan. Nissan no longer makes the pan for the zr200 that is a direct swap for the rb's in to the s30. So I decided to start building them to help all the guys and girls out with this swap. See my thread below http://forums.hybridz.org/showthread.php?t=158555
  5. I have read about the weight distribution problem when doing this but I did it and the car handles great. Almost the same as it did before the swap. I used the stock driveshaft also.
  6. I used the stock rb20 motor mounts and the stock 280z trans mount. this is a easy swap.
  7. the ft sump oil pans won't fit into the s30's. You have to use a rear sump pan. I can build you one. Check out my thread below.
  8. I'm almost done with Tanuki's pan. If anybody needs a pan for there rb swap or needs a pan modified. I'm almost ready for another project. Please let me know
  9. I finished the baffles and the windage tray take a look
  10. looks like your ready to drop that motor in
  11. I got bored (damn ADD) it's all welded up. All I have to do is the hinges for the baffles, windage tray and get it ready to paint and it's done.
  12. I want to do fender flares on my 280z bad. I can't wait to see those carbon fiber ones on your's. It will make me go get some for mine.
  13. thanks Joel, I trying to make these rb swaps less stressful for everyone.
  14. I finally got a couple pickups in the mail today and got to work putting tanuki"s pan together. I still have to weld it up but the mock up is complete. I'll finish welding it up and put the hinges in for the baffles check it out
  15. here are some pics of Tanuki's pan. I just have to modify if for the rb26 pickup and put the baffles in and put the rest of it together. With the rb26 pans there is ALOT more metal work (which I haven't done yet) than the rb20/25 pans. I'll post more pics of my progress
  16. That's it,how much shipped to 30189?
  17. If you could take a picture of what you have.I could tell you which one is the rb26 pick up Thanks
  18. Tanuki I got your pan just about all mocked up. It's looking great. I just need a pickup to finish the mock up and weld it all up. Man, I'm getting good at these pans. I'll post some pics later
  19. If anyone needs a custom oil pan let me know. I'm building them.
  20. Tanuki I got your oil pan flange done tonight.Man It kicked my butt.
  21. I would be happy to make you another pan. Just let me know. Keep me updated on the mounts also. The titan engine in the z32 would be badass. The dipstick Idea sounds like it would work. Just make sure you seal it up with some of that sealant I gave you.
  22. I found a stock rb pickup and modified it. It turned out great.
  23. I got bored so I finished it up and it's ready to go
