  2. On mine I had to trim and cut and fill the gaps with kitty hair bondo. When I do it again I will install brackets on the top of the rear sides mine cracked there after a year. By the way it does fit a 2+2 you just have to buy the type II side skirts. Well I guess you don't have to buy them but it makes it alot easier. M.S.A. will subitute them in the full kit for the same price. If you have any questions feel free to ask.

  5. I have searched and didn't find an answer. I will be putting on the vented toyota front brakes. Need to know which is better for the rear, the 280zx kit or the 240sx kit. Right now the car is stock but I learned on my last one that it is better to make it stop good before making it go fast. Car will mostly street driven with a few drag races here and there after the 2jz install. Thank you for your time. Jason

  11. I am at Eglin and drive a 280z. I am moving to crestview next month. I found a lot of z's in the area. I am always on the look out for a z and a new porject. When you get here let me know. I had a v8 z but had to sell it. Hope to talk to you soon. That guy on the way to hurlburt field thinks his stuff is made of gold. I did find a nice z in penscola in a junk yard of all places. Go figure.
  12. I like it but it does still have its stupid stuff, most of it is because the cheif said or something like that. I have seen a lot of the world. Even went to europe. Working on planes is fun and will pay good when i get out. The air force is probly the most layed back of all.

  16. I like the P-38, F-4, and the SR-71. If you ever get the chance you need to go see the collection at evergreen int. in Oregon. The owner of the company started it to fund his collection. Lots of very rare and one of a kind stuff. They even own the spruce goose.
  17. well i found a good turbo motor complete for 250. With harness, ecu, and all sensors. When i opened it up the cyl had no ridge and all the bearings were new. But i got sand in the motor trying to get it out so its time for a rebuild. oh well forged parts here i come.
  18. I had a 93 124 300 te in germany euro spec that car hauled toped out at 250 kph. Lowered on 17x10 wheels and pulled and rolled fenders. 24 valve 3 litter motor and a 5 speed trans. Best car I had handled great in the snow. Would have brought it but they want 6 grand to convert it to american spec. only paid 3,700 and sold it after two years for 3,000 now looking to buy another one. great cars and lots of fun. But parts can be expenisve. Hundred euro for a dissy cap is crasy and the rotor was thirty.
  19. stealth z you are a good friend once again. I feel that I am taking all your spare parts from you. In case you don't rember you sent me a couple of connecting rods in germany. let me know how much you want for the whole kit and how much shipping will cost hopefully it will fit a 2+2. I still don't know if they are the same size for the coupe and the 2+2. 280zone I heard that you got rid of it. Did you ever get it to run right? When I owned it I went through 4 hei modules and 5 holley power valves and it still never ran right.
