  1. I might get a little more serious with my twin turbo here soon.. What about sqcreations? Wasn't he building a TT car?
  2. Been hard at work man! That TIG welder changed my life LOL
  3. Not sure about either one of those muffler unfortunately. I can tell you though, any of the straight through mufflers are going to be very loud. Also they will sound really good. I think your best bet is true dual into an X and route it like mine. Take your measurements with the new fuel tank in there and see which mufflers you can fit.
  4. Do it. I will have mine there in all of its TT glory. We can all link up and roll out together. Would be pretty cool.
  5. The first clip is with dynomax bullet mufflers and no resonators. They sound great but are very loud and the rasp is non existent. However there is a nasty drone at 65-70mph. I am running duals so I don't know how that would effect it.
  6. The resonator will clean it up but don't expect a drastic reduction in DB. With that said I have some nice magnaflow race series mufflers I need to get rid of.. Too quiet for me.
  7. Would be awesome but I don't think there is a chance in hell his car will be ready. Between Richey auto dragging ass and the laundry list of crap he will in counter assembling everything. It will likely be next year for him.
  8. Psssst. I think youre the one that needs to be worried about traction. LOL that S/C and factory ECU is going to be tough out the gate. Don't forget the Holley dominator has the option to ramp in boost as I so choose and at what rate Side note you going to be at TX2K15?
  9. I hope your ready to have your ass handed to you soon LOL j/k.. Maybe.
  10. Do you have a muffler? Dual resonators did nothing more than clean up the rasp for me.
  11. Drone is almost inevitable with a dual system and no mufflers. However the note you get is just awesome. I have a true dual 3" system with an Xpipe and bullets at the very end (tips welded on the bullets) 3.5" would be tough to fit but it's possible. Your biggest issue will be wrapping it under the diff.
  12. Really digging the clamshell and the effort your putting in. I will Definetly be on the list for one when your are done.
  13. The pan will fit any LS series block and the LS1 oil pump will work. However you will need to match the wind age tray and pick up tube. The LS1 windage tray and pickup tube are different.
  14. I am also running the same oil pan With JCI mounts on a 280. Take note that you cannot remove and install this oil pan unless you lift the motor a bit. Also I made a "plow" on mine protect the pan and anything else. I previously hit some dried concrete in the road that took my pan out... That's not going to happen again I assure you.
  15. Good point and idea. I'll make one this evening. Looks like it's time for a billet bracket. Any opinons on what color to powder coat it? Gloss red Mat red Wrinkle black Wrinkle red Flat black Gloss black Gloss white
  16. Agreed. I think I hit in on the head with this one though. It looks so sick at night with the LED running lights being as bright as they are.
  17. All of those look like they use a threaded hole on the firewall. I wonder why mine doesn't have one.
  18. Some of those are pretty nice. It would great to have something with less weight but I can dog a few of those. What actually secures the battery to the car? Those kits look to just pin the battery between the two "plates"
  19. No body has a cool 280 battery hold down?
  20. It might look good but I just can't bring myself to put tint on any of my lights. I can't stand the way it looks!
