    know exactly what you mean. i'm closer to some of my friends than some of my family. as for me, at least it's only a week.. and i'm trying to figure out a way to smuggle them anyway. but if not.... wonder how many hybridz'ers live in orlando?

    i never went away to school, so i can't really imagine what that's like... that's gotta suck. i have to go away for a week in orlando in january for work and i'm gonna go nuts without my wife and kid, so i can kinda get how you feel.

    i don't know if yours has it, but mine does.... there's a little offshoot hose at the top of the filler neck that goes to the vapor tank inside the fenderwell that is known to rot out and make your car leak and smell like a sunoco. and my wife wonders why i want a fuel cell!

    NICE!!!!! i'll be driving all over midstate new york.... from my family to in laws etc... all wasted on turkey drugs!!!! thanksgiving's great. you don't have to drink a thing to get half crocked!

    not that i have nitto 555's an johan or anything... they're cooper touring tires and it's way more car than tire.... besides, you shouldn't have too much a problem with no top end if you gear it a little lower. boost is your friend!

    9000's are wild! but it seems to me that a lighter rwd turbo car should have a much easier time breaking loose than my car. maybe the boost and gear ratios aren't playing nice? could be geared too tall for low-end smoke shows? just throwing out ideas, but me being psychotic i'd try powershifting myself, hell i do it in the saab and they're not exactly made for that, but johan hasn't protested yet!!! 8)

    good LORD!!!!!! i saw a show on spike the other day where they built a duramax to 900 ft/lbs without even touching the turbo. it had nos, propane, a chip, and exhaust. damn. that one might be my next project!!!!

    even my 3200lb. saab 9000 turbo can rip third if i powershift and keep the revs up. that's around 200hp stock, damned if i know about the torque # but it is a 2.3 liter four, so take it from there.
