  1. The RB26 driveshaft is the 3 bolt style driveshaft and is way long. If you are using the RB25 transmission, you're most likely still going to have one made. I just got one made and it's a fine piece! I'll post the pictures of my driveshaft in a new thread.
  2. Do a search http://forums.hybridz.org/search.php?
  3. I had a K Box R180 that I slid my R180 Axles into. But if this is a 240Z, the axles might be too long. I am currently rebuilding my R180 axles with the shorter R200 axle to make it shorter to fit my Maxima companioin flanges.
  4. Have you ever considered parts out of the R180 CV's from Automatic ZX's or 1st Generation Maximas?
  5. Wow, I like that whole 1.25 inches shorter bit from the ZX Turbo. I have a set of turbo axles thankfully, but it'll only help me with one axle.
  6. Okay, I'll try to clear this up the best way I know how... In my experience, there are 3 different 240Z transmission mounts... Series 1 Transmission Mount, (69-71ish) Series 2 Transmission Mount, (71-72ish) and the 73-83 Slide through pins. The difference between the Series 1 and Series 2 is the actual position of the mount. The series 1 mounts higher up into the transmission tunnel than the series 2 mounts. If you had them side by side you could also tell the difference. I hope this helps.
  7. Call Bryan at Nukabe... http://www.napsusa.com They're the official importer of Cusco based out of Chicago, and a warehouse in LA.
  8. My Nissan Fast program doesn't go back that far, but I'm sure if you called the dealer, that is a readily available part.
  9. Hi there all... I used CV Companion Flange from a 1st gen Maxima and a R180 carrier from a 4.11 200SX. My problem is that the 1st gen maxima axles I got are frankly too long. I have a series 1 240Z. Are there different axles I should be using? or am I just not installing them correctly.
  10. A lot of the T3/T04 Hybrids and GT series turbo are externally gated. For instance the GT3076R, GT35R etc...
  11. Yeah, usually the "pilot bushing" comes with the clutch kit if you have one. Part number for that should be "32202-B5900".
  12. Hey if you can match Nismoparts price of $33.61 with no tax I will grab one. Otherwise I'll just wait. For anyone else who needs this part number is "14036-21U00"
  13. If someone tried to jam their car keys into your car thinking they could open it, and then laugh about it, you would be darn ticked at the guy for life too.
  14. Whatever, you're wrong, and if you ever try to stick your keys into my Z again i'll make sure its the last thing you do. This thread is about HKS Cast Manifold not about top mount stainless manifolds. Go to another thread and hijack that one instead.
  15. I'm using poly urethane and it's pretty firm. It might dampen a little for me too so my hands wont hurt.
  16. Rubber (Half Moon) Plugs - "11051-58S00"
  17. Sometimes you have to cross reference a part number using http://www.ngk.com I went on http://www.ngkntk.co.jp to find the number then crossed it with http://www.ngk.com Usually when you cross reference it, it comes out like a 4 digit part number. NOTE: Oh hey, I crossed the PFR6A-11 with the Nissan Catalog and the Nissan Part Number is "22401-58S16". Go to the dealer and grab one of those, it should have an NGK Part Number on it that corresponds to the one you're looking for. http://www.nismoparts.com/cart/?pn=22401-58S16 Let me know how it works!
  18. There arent different mounts for Auto or Manual, but are different mount for Series 1 or Series 2 240Z Chassis. And the 260/280 fall into a category of their own.
  19. I'm just sorry but I don't think $265 justifies an exhaust manifold gasket. I don't need all the other stuff.
