  1. Please please please let me know how this works out. Is the car in Long Beach or is it back home right now? If it's in Long Beach i definately want to coem check it out.
  2. You wouldn't happen to have pictures of your tranny mount setup do you? I've seen many and am trying to figure out the best possible way with Brad Motor Mounts. Also does the RB25 have the duel dip stick relocater deal?
  3. Yeah, but I wanna see how it would perform on an L6 Alex. Well, maybe I could hear his car one day.
  4. I've always been a fan of Blitz. Maybe it's because they're the only ones who drift a 4 door Skyline which is freakin awesome. But on the other part, it does sound super mean, I had it on my tripled L24 with 6-1 and 2.5". Too bad I couldn't hold a conversation in my own car, lol -Quoc
  5. I think 4" might be way too huge, but if you're putting the power, might as well! I won't be running that big of a piping, but it seems like you're the only one with the 3" Blitz Setup.
  6. Has anyone else besides me run this exhaust? I think I know ON3GO has. But I have the N/A 2.5" Mandrel Bent setup from the 6-1 header back welded to the 70mm Blitz NuR Spec. [Which is available for sale with header for $400]. I totally love it and think it flows really really well. I'm going turbo so I want to run the 3" Blitz muffler instead. Anyone has run this before on the larger 80mm muffler?
  7. Yeah, there may be some exceptions... but average is a bit more than 5500
  8. I'm also thinking about the ATI Dampeners. But I need to see if the ones off the RB26 will fit the ones off of the RB25. I need to remove mine to compare it to the 26's. My crank pulley is a bit damaged and I'm affarid of balance issues, also it's nice because it removes all the extra pulleys I don't need (A/C and P/S). Anyone know if the BCNR32 or the BCNR33/R34 crank pulley is interchangeable with the ECR33?
  9. The RB26 seemed to me like a good deal, but it was way too expensive. MAINLY because after getting the 26, I would have to go find the RB25 transmission which would be roughly a grand, sometimes more. (That would be about 4K+ for Motor and RB25 Trans) I bought my RB25 for 2K. Also, my reason for getting the RB25 was the fact that it came in ECR33's (1995-1998). Most RB26's that are stateside come from BCNR32's (1989-1994) [Please correct me if I'm wrong]. I didn't want to put myself in the situation of having a motor from 1992, so I opted out for a newer RB25DET (not that much newer, but still newer). The GReddy manifold is not a needed part, but I like the fact that it's a huge plenum that doesnt wrap over the valve cover. Reduces a lot of piping to increase throttle response. So yeah, I probably could have done other things... but to each his own Z. -Cheers P.S. - I'm also saving up and buying all my parts before putting them into the car. Very good idea saves money and time in the long run. Especially clutch and flywheel!
  10. Is it a cast manifold or a stainless manifold? Any pictures?
  11. Complete Motor + Trans $2000 Oil Pan $175 Intercooler $200 Intake Manfold $600 Flywheel $379 Clutch $300 List goes on and on and on...
  12. How much can the stock turbo hold (via upgrading the wheel)? I know the turbo can hold like 15 lbs of boost with that stock wheel in there, but with upgrading it, what are my options?
  13. I know this isn't a 26 topic, but I was considering the GT3071R (with the T28 flange) for my RB25DET (using the stock turbo manifold). I'm planning for about 400WHP if that max. I don't need much more than that for street. If I have some money, I was looking into some of the TRUE HKS Cast manifolds on Ebay and then going with a bigger turbo like a GT30R, or use my 30% discount on HKS Turbos. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=7980148428&rd=1&sspagename=STRK%3AMEWA%3AIT
  14. HKS Turbos like Matt said are Garrett turbos. You might as well just get a Garrett turbo for cheaper and it's the exact same thing. I wouldn't go with the GReddy/Trust turbos. Stay far far away from Turbonetics and go with Innovative Turbos or Garrett in my opinion.
  15. They come cast with walls thick as stock or thicker, really bulletproof. It comes in a number of flanges. That's if you get the cast one or they also make stainless ones which are even more expensive. Call HKS for what you want and grab a part number. Let me know the part number and I can get you a price if you need. (most likely will be special ordered).
  16. Is this an R32 or an R33? Given by the year it should seem to be an R33 4 Door. Can't tell you much right now =( Where are you located?
  17. I can't get everything, =P I can't get that part. Sorry.
  18. I got mine for $578. Usually it's $595 my cost. So if they have it in stock, I can get it to you next week for $595. I can get a bunch load of other stuff for wholesale too if you need, I'm in Orange County. Here are pictures of the other stuff...
  19. I thought that oil coolers are usually -12AN... What does that equal?
  20. Okay, sorry for bringing a post back from the dead. I just picked this up today. It's the GReddy RB25DET manifold. I was a little upset at the paint finish on the manifold, I contacted GReddy via email right now and hopefully they'll replace it since they're about 15-20 minutes away from me. Otherwise it's nice and clean, all the important vacuum lines and most things are on the bottomside to keep it nice and clean. Anyone know of a good polisher in SoCal? I might just want to polish the heck out of this thing and make it nice and forget about getting a replacement.
  21. Wow, $600. I'm just going to go trade in the intake manifold I just bought for that car!
  22. If anyone wants to know, I can take pictures of my brand new N1 pump. But if it's a JUN or HKS pump it might not be of any use.
