  1. I plan on relocating the oil filter and getting an external oil cooler. Probably Earl's
  2. I'll second that... And on the Watanabe's, they're really nice set of wheels... but you get what you pay for, and you pay a lot. http://www.takumiproject.com They might have what you're looking for on wheels.
  3. Does the ATI Crank Pulley have a single belt conversion? Or is this have all three of them? (I'm not in the need for the PS or the AC, just the water pump) It looks like the other pulleys bolt to the main crank pulley. I know two guys @ RB Motoring that can hook me up with prices there. I'll give them boys a call tommorow. One more question, does this fit the RB25?
  4. That's a tough one...try Matt... aka Chief something on Hybrid.
  5. I don't think you can do this, but check with Stony and such...they have more knowledge than I do
  6. I'm like 10 minutes away from LB and know plenty of Z guys in the area...NICE! Gotta get your contact. Oh yeah, I gotta lift at my house...wanna make use of it YOU LET ME KNOW!
  7. I live in Orange County in Westminster not too far from you. I can get you a lot of parts at a good deal (wholesale and no tax). quoc@livesockets.com aim="apt107xquoc" Now that I think about it, you just bought that longblock on Ebay for $660 didn't you?
  8. I bought them for $100 but need to test fit it first, will let you know when I drop in the motor (about a month)
  9. JUST REMEMBER! It takes about an hour to take off the intake plenum on a VG compared to the less effort needed by the RB25DET. Working on the VG is a freakin BITCH! But power is good no doubt and cheaper. You also might want to check out these threads that have asked the SAME EXACT THING! http://forums.hybridz.org/showthread.php?t=78021 and http://forums.hybridz.org/showthread.php?t=93232 Sorry if I sound mean guy, but these are common questions.
  10. Nissan Dealer... Click here for part #'s and do a search. =P http://forums.hybridz.org/showthread.php?t=100499
  11. I also have a friend who is selling his SR20DET powered 71 240Z. Interested? Let me know!
  12. Good god Dave, I thought you were going to make a coffee table out of this!
  13. Motor mounts many options, either place the motor in an undesireable position by using the 200ZR mounts (avail from Nissan), or go Brad's Mounts, Infinity Machining Mounts, or those Aussie Mounts Part numbers are all throughout the RB Forum and are available from http://www.nismoparts.com for $183 Shipped (Pan, Pickup, and O-Ring) Trans mount will be fabbed (there have been many ways on this forum, 2 that i've seen). Driveshaft either cut and welded or a nice new one that's custom length. Stock manifold, depends on if you plan on a RB20/25 or a RB26. RB26's you wont really need a new manifold. The RB20/25 wont need one either, but I would highly recommend that or get a custom fabbed one like the other guys on here. Too much piping if you ask me with the stock ones. (My friend did a RB20DET with the stock manifold, you can see about as much piping in there as the Alaska Pipeline) As for me, i'm still working on my RB25DET. GOOD LUCK!
  14. That's some good info, thanks a lot!
  15. If I could figure it out, I would lol. Ladera Ranch, that;s not too far from me, are you dropping in a RB into your Z also?
  16. Looks cool but I have no idea what NVCS means.
  17. Just gotta say wow, holy sh!t, and all that stuff!
  18. I never thought that Cusco made something like that, I gotta call them up and see what's up! I just don't wanna go aggresive with the twins, kinda scarry. BTW, I want to put down about 400WHP no more no less, would a single 6 puck handle it? BTW Thanks Matt.
  19. Besides Fidanza (P/N 143341) , does any other company make a RB25 lightweight flywheel? I'm not going that Twin or Tripple Disc setup, too costly for me and I won't be making that much power to make use of a nice clutch. -Quoc
  20. I'm pretty sure you can have them ship internationally. I checked 500NZD = 362.95USD which is pricey. I figure it costs 183.03 USD you could ship it for if anything $60-100 USD MAX, it would have come out to about 389.86NZD (Shooting high). So for all you New Zealanders out there, check if Nismoparts.com does international shipping (they're actually a Nissan Dealer in Tacoma/Olympia, Washington State) so it's not a private seller, a Nissan Dealer should be able to take care of you... CHEERS!
  21. HEY GUYS! GREAT PRICES FROM NISMOPARTS.com Oil Pan - 135.81 USD Pickup - 26.28 USD O-Ring - 1.33 USD Shipping 19.61 USD TOTAL FOR ALL SHIPPED! $183.03 You won't find the parts on the site unless you enter the part numbers into the Search box. Also, you can find many other parts if you know the part #s. I bought from them before and just ordered my oil pan on Friday, I will let you know how it goes!
