  1. thanks! i just ordered mine last night... i ordered the reverse el glow for my set up. I couldnt find the custom mudule where you design, but i spoke with a rep and she sent me the link finding them... They should be here in about 3 days. My dash is out of the car... hopefully that makes it easier to install.
  2. i'm sorry if this is a stupid question... Does Speedhut offer these gauge replacements in stock or are they a custom order? and how much did it run you? i tried emailing them but no response yet?
  3. i will post some pics of my install for sure... i will get them to you in the morning!
  4. hi you doing man, you still selling these bumpers???
  5. i just recently installed my rear hatch black dragon auto weatherstripping. The rear fit fine for me? i know the doors are the problem area for the car, i have to re-do mine.
  6. 70 or 71 exactly like mine!
  7. will do... 97' kia sportage time to re do my install.... wish i would have know a little earlier... darn
  8. good to know!^ thanks for that tip, i will look into pep boys weather stripping... too bad that the pep boys here closed down, will probably look online for these.
  9. never knew that the the weatherstripping kit was too thick for our car... its kind of too late for me to remove it now... there's definately enough material to cut off, do you think it too risky, or should i just go and retrieve some different weather stripping material???
  10. So I just got done finished doing my weatherstripping for my doors. Everything was going quite well until I tried close my doors? The issue now is that my doors do not align with the body of my car? It just doesn't sit flush. There is about a 1/2 gap from where it used to be. It seems that the weather stripping is too thick and it's pushing the door outwards, especially right by hinge area. The weather stripping kit is from BlackDragon Auto. Can anybody help me please? should I just wait, and maybe the weatherstripping will compress? maybe cut some material off to fit better? If someone can help me or has any experience, it is greatly appreciated? thanks in advance
  11. ^answer is coilovers and sectioned struts, there is a sticky on this.
  12. i would say leave it but, but shaved doesnt look bad either. i just think its there for a purpose. hey 310z i live 30min down south from solvang, I'm in santa barbara, you from the 805 area? i've seen that orange z around here too.
  13. ^exactly.. thats why i went with leather. i say, just get two steering wheels of the same style but one suede and one leather. just switch off from daily and autox
  14. merry christmas to you too! The original steering wheels seems a little more deep than the OMP steering wheel. The hub adpater will add a few cm forward to the wheel, which i wanted, hopefully. if you guys go with the leather, you will have no complaints
  15. here's the photos of the OMP steering wheel i got yesterday. i can say that the leather is pretty darn nice.

  18. ^16's are pretty bad too, not as bad as 15's. There getting worst also, its harder and harder to find some good tires
  19. wow, thats kind of scary... will be checking for this when i install my carpet.
  20. i wanted to keep the same style texture on the interior pieces, i was afraid that by sanding them down i would have removed it. I just used soap and water, scrubbed well, air dried and used some Dupli Color Adhesive Promoter. the promoter really helps the adhesion to the plastic, works really well... if you just use the vinyl paint it works well too. i tried both, does the job really well!
  21. ^how much!!! i will take them if the other doesnt bite!!! please! you have PM
  22. i wanted to do the same thing to my datsun... Cut pile stitch carpets are a little pricey, i always thought i could do it myself and save a couple hundred bucks. well done sir. this is my next thing to do on my list
