  1. If I invite you over you might have to bring work clothes LOL jk I'll definitely invite you over. I'm not old enough to drink, but we can still hang out and talk crap
  2. UPDATE: I got a free 5 speed, and Greddy E-Manage for the 2jz. So the swap is slowly getting pieced together for the Z. It will be running by summer hopefully, but we'll see how it goes. I'm going to pick up my Miata Sunday I'm so excited. There's a whole new plan for it. Me and 2 other friends are building it for the Grassroots Motorsports $2011 Challenge. It's getting a full cage, racing bucket seats and harnesses, turbo kit, full exhaust, and Megasquirt. Our team is called Team Learner's Permit and we're the youngest team to EVER compete in the Challenge (We're all Juniors in high school). I'm going to start a separate build thread for the Miata once we start getting deep into it.
  3. I saw this yesterday. I love it, you're giving the Mustang a REAL motor Anyway good luck and I hope I see you at OSW someday.
  4. Hey I was refered to you by another user about the S30 sig, was wondering how I could request or get one :)

  5. A BMW E30, MKIV Supra, Lancer Evo VII, IX, or X; or a BMW Z3M Coupe as posted above.
  6. UPDATE: Well I'm buying a Mazda Miata in a couple days and I'll be fixing it up and selling it to get money to finish the Z. I'm buying it for $500 and it needs a top, a battery, and a driver side window. I should be able to get 3 grand out of it when I'm done. I plan on putting lowering springs and new shocks, rims and tires, maybe a roll bar if I can get one for cheap, and probably a custom intake. We'll see how it turns out. On the other hand I got my 5 speed for the 2jz, so now I need a bell housing, clutch, and flywheel, then we can start mocking up mounts and what not.
  7. I play and I have some serious cars, but I don't have Xbox Live
  8. The last one that you posted is amazing. How long did it take to do the RHD conversion?
  9. OH....MY.....GOD!!!!!!! Your Z is amazing! Any other pics of the whole car?
  10. Well once again the deal fell through. But I have another deal lined up, and hopefully it goes through. If it goes through, I will be trading my turbo kit and triple carbs for a Boostwerx NA-T 2jz turbo kit w/ a Tial wastegate, 3in. downpipe, intercooler and BOV, Forward facing intake manifold, 90mm Q45 throttle body, 550cc injectors, and a 1jz flywheel. I really hope that deal goes through because that will get me a couple steps closer to getting the swap done. On the other hand, my uncle (the one that gave me the 2jz) came up from Ft. Lauderdale and saw that I didn't have any tools to work on the Z so he went and bought me a brand new set of tools. Next time he comes up he's bringing a 5 speed tranny and drive shaft, a fuel rail, and maybe some 300zx twin turbo rims (for when I go 5 lug). He might help me switch the springs too if we have time. I'm trying to have the Z running and driving by Battle of the Imports next year, and if I can get enough work done between now and Christmas, maybe Import Faceoff. We'll see how everything turns out. I'm doing pretty good in school so my deadlines seem pretty realistic.
  11. I might have seen it. My friend has a black 280zxt and a silver 280z on swasticas. Do you go to any of the meets around here?
  12. Dude, Blu Destiny I live in Ormond. I go to Seabreeze High School. Do you have any special car that you drive? I may have seen it around. Oh and to answer the original question, I'm a 16 year old student in high school studying to become a mechanical engineer. I got into Z's when my dad got a 240z on trade for some work and he gave it to me as a project car. I've been into Z's for almost 2 years now.
  13. ttt new number 386-310-7373 call after 3:30pm eastern time
  14. They know what they're doing. They've been at it for years.
  15. They're really good from what I have heard. They've built some pretty serious cars too.
  16. They are in really good, operable condition, they just have surface rust on them which I might wire brush and then paint them black.
  17. No pics yet but yesterday I pulled the remaining parts of the turbo kit off. There's a stripped allen head screw that's holding the last carb to the plenum, so I have to figure out how to get that out and then I can get the triples back on. The turbo is bigger than I thought it was. I figured it was going to be small like a stock SR20 turbo or something. The turbo has Zero shaft play and spins really smooth. Anyway, I'll get pics of everything this afternoon.
