    that could work but you might have to modify the shift linkage. do a search or contact DOT he had 318/340 powered Z with A833. also are you going to use the OD version?

    My 81 turbo used to be clean ! The last five or six winters here in KS have been brutal and the front fenders started rotting, I m planning to do a v-8 swap on this car rather than my 260 which is rust free. I know bass ackwards huh? Montana wyoming

    That is a very clean Example mine used to be that clean, but the KS winters were not kind to it!

    The Dodge engine is an excellent engine..yeah i know the compression ratio is not good for 360s blah.blah, but that can be remedied with an engine kit to raise compression. SBM are not any more expensive than a chevy or ford small block. If the vehcle is rusty i would def. walk away!

    -2 leaving Kansas city Airport a few years ago. I remember it did pretty well,but it took a long time to warm up at the airport because it sat there for a week at 10 degrees or colder.

    Not very strong as Dr. Hunt stated also i believe they had oiling issues too. these motors are best suited for delta 88s ,cutlass supremes and some buicks as they were made for torque rather than HP. I think they made about 180-200 hp ? maybe 340FTLB. and are known for overheating too Siamese Cylinder walls

    Your mopar distributor should have 2 wires coming off get a manual any 72-89 dodgefullsize car/truck would work and find out what kind of wires they are and go from there. or run MSD

    The best thing to do is search through the forum this conversion has been done a couple of times 1 or 2 big blocks and a few small blocks. as far as the mounts go ive seen cut down 80s pu truck mounts work.
