    Just got back from driving this beast. What an experience! 612 hp, the back end will step out any time you turn off the traction control. 200k or so, too rich for my blood. What is 1000Nm at 2000 rpm's in foot lbs? It will really put you back in the seat. What a looker too. Black on black. Now back to driving the chevy pick up. What a reality check.

    John, I may have to borrow some of your tape. I need something to hold the glass in and your tape is nice and shinny. Wouldn't have to worry about getting that damn chrome trim back in the gasket if i used your tape.

    I need a new windshield gasket. Any feed back on MSA gasket vs the black dragon stuff? I think it is NLA from Nissan. Thanks

    Cool Mike, Both my kids play the drums, wife plays anything with a key board, we have a drum set a piano and a Korg key board. I play the sawzall (no musical tallent at all) It gets loud at my house but I love to hear them play.

    The line about being way too much work hit me a s funny. Putting a chevy engine in a z is easy but the cooler is too hard. HAha. I had it mocked up when I put the LT1 in my Z but in the end I used a setrab unit like you see on most cars. My car sees alot of track days and I was concerned about the stock cooler not being enough. If you want to use it, use it. I don't remember alot of details but it was not that big a deal.

    Well, 10 months later I got a check from Fedex for the lost parts. A big thanks to Dayz for doing the leg work to get this done. I've NEVER met a guy on hybridz that would not go out of the way for another board member! A great place to hang out! Since this was found money that I would have never gotten, I'm making a donation to the wind tunnel day for $405.63, the amount of the fedex check. Another BIG thanks to Dayz and the rest of hybridz!     Do you have a 220 outlet in the garage or something? Pull the meter so you disconnect the house from the service. Turn off all breakers. Plug the 220 from the generator to the 200 outlet on the house. Pick and chose the breakers you turn on to run the house. 8K will not run my house. Don't know about yours.

    Check the axels anyway. I've had the axel move the other way also. I'm using stops on all 4 CV's now.
