  1. I measured the wheel lips last night. The rears are approximately 3.25" and the fronts are approximately 2".
  2. I'm running the same bumpers on my car. They are what are called "European bumpers". They are early Z bumpers, but they don't have provisions for rubber strips on them.
  3. Sorry, I misunderstood your question. The rear lips are right around 3.5", I'll have to measure the fronts when I get a chance. I should have taken a picture with a cell phone or a twenty sitting on the lip.
  4. 10" coilovers front 8" coilovers rear with Tokico struts all around (adjustable in front). It's hard to get a good measurement now that the tires are installed but the lips looked to be .5" thick so they should measure right at or very close to 10.5" rear and 9.5" front.
  5. I don't know yet how it handles or how hard it is to park. I just got her on the ground and I've hardly driven her. I've got another CV boot coming since one is ripped and I need to re-bleed my back brakes as well. I think the front tire is pretty close to as wide as you can go and fit under the fenders. As I posted above I'm too close to the front airdam as it is. The 'corners' of the front tires come extremely close to the front of the opening while turning. Before I trimmed the lip on the wheel openings of my air dam, the tires were actually making contact.
  6. Sounds great and good luck at Pinks! I'd like to see larger pic's but the thumbnails don't expand to larger images.
  7. Thanks, the front brakes are the Toyota 4x4 s12w vented brakes.
  8. Thanks for all the positive comments. I will definitely get her painted soon...or at least relatively soon.
  9. I'm happy I went with 275's and thanks for all the help Clifton. I don't think rubbing will be an issue on the back as I moved the wheel throughout it's travel range without a spring on and didn't have any interference. I don't think the rear is raised too high, and I can still bring it down farther if I want to. It would definitely sit too high if I kept the 10" springs. The front tires are extremely close to the front air dam, and rubbing may be an issue there when the front suspension is compressed in a turn. A smaller diameter tire, raising the front, and using a smaller spacer are all possible solutions. Using a different air dam could potentially resolve the problem as well, but I like the one I have.
  10. More pic's and info: http://forums.hybridz.org/showthread.php?p=798509#post798509
  11. Thanks, it does seem worth all the work and hassle now that it's done. It's a good thing it wasn't painted before I rolled the fenders as most of the paint flaked off the inside of the lip during the process. The paint and body work will start very soon.
  12. None of the pictures of the back came out very good, so I finally adjusted the brightness on a couple:
  13. The wheels are installed and the car is on the ground. I started a new thread with the final pic's since this one has gotten rather long. http://forums.hybridz.org/showthread.php?p=798417
  14. I finallly got the car on the ground with the new wheels installed. It was a real b*tch, but I think it was worth it. Here's a link to a thread describing some of what was involved to get these wheels to fit: http://forums.hybridz.org/showthread.php?t=124054 It fits extremely tight everywhere! I had to trim part of my airdam to allow room for the front wheels to turn. The rear has 8" springs and rolled fenders.
