Thanks for all of the input on a previous thread about the banner for the site but now it is time to unveil a new site for Z owners in the NYC tri-state area: nyzcc.com/forum The new club is now formed, so you guys I have bothered over the past year in the area....here is your new club. Before anyone takes this the wrong way, this is not an attempt to take people away from HBZ or anything of that nature. This is to inform about a club finally in the lower NY area. I can't leave my family here on HBZ!! :burnout:

This now makes my work day go a little slower. There will be no more lunches everyday on nice weather days or taking a Z for a spin during lunch. You will find something I am sure of just enjoy some of the time off, it is finally Spring in NY plus you have the little one to play with. Dave has told me for over a month that we was going to be let go and I didn't believe him. Even when we had lunch today, I thought he and the others were just playing a joke. If you want to work on a Z, I will be sure to drop mine off and pay you!! =)

You are right, the 370z will be changed. It is of high res than the other Z pics so as we work with it, it doesn't flow like the rest. Another idea is to use all colored pics of the Zs but again we would have to get about the same quality photo of each. Thanks for the feed back!

LOL, wrong key.....stalker! lmao Yes it is true, I called the company where he works...got transferred right to him. I invited him to join the new Z club in NY and CT. Around here, everyone thinks they own the "last" Z on the road.

Call me a stalker but I tracked this guy down today....very nice guy and told me stories of having his Z for so long. Plan to meet him during the summer and this weekend he is having some patch work done to the front frame rails! Go figure!!!!

My dad just got one of these for my younger sister (21) who has always liked this cars....I would drive it as a DD, maybe even a STI swap

Ok guyz, some of you know I have been working on starting a new Z club in the lower NY area......there have been a few of us working on the new forum and basically the header isn't done yet. So this is where my HBZ family comes into play.......which one do you like more? I won't mention which one I like best. Also feedback would be great.....ideas....even if you pm me and want to "fix" or show me your idea it would be great. This will be the third Z club being started in NY and this is kind of important detail I believe. Well I figured I would post what Tom has stashed away in his basement: Low miles 260z: Low miles 280z: Project 260z for his son: Project 240z for the younger son: These are only 4 of the 12 cars he has! So when we all in the area need some part from a part car...we stop at Tom's Datsun Z Store! When I grow up, I want a huge garage close to the house...or just one in the basement!!

Thanks for the input everyone! The car is going to the body shop Monday and color is going to be red! Maybe the next Z will we one of the colors mentioned.

Fronts: 17x9.5 with -13 offset 4.7" of backspace. Rears: 17x11 with -13 offset 5.5 inch back space.

Today I was able to play around with the idea of cutting out the old flares and seeing how the zg flares would look against the new wheels. First, fiberglass sucks to cut out (dust) and there were a million pop rivets in this thing....wasted time taking the front flares out because in the end...I will have to use old fenders to cut the right amount of metal out. As for the rears....the old flares were put on very nicely but now for the zg flares, way to much material was taken out. Just means more time has to be spend on the rear of the car. Full lock and no rubbing on the frame rails...... But I shall say...I LOVE THE WHEELS!
