  1. Yea it does look like last years story - boy that would be the news anchor blunder of the year...wouldnt it A little googling indicates that the solders, IF THE REPORT IS TRULY CURRENT, are amassing at the border. The actual amount of soldiers depend on which report you read and range from 10,000 to 150,000...let us assume it is the least amount of soldiers (I hate assuming). Here's the link I found: http://english.chosun.com/w21data/html/news/200410/200410070022.html So they are amassing at the border and doing so under the guise of "stopping their people from defecting during the winter". Let us hope that is the real reason they are there. Kevin, (Yea,Still an Inliner)
  2. Just passing this along as an FYI. Just heard a report on the radio that a newspaper called the Pakistani Times had an article in it reporting that China has posted 100,000 - what they called - 'rogue soldiers' (whatever that means) at the North/South Korean Border. Looks like some big crap is about to hit the fan over there...if this report can be taken as fact. Kevin, (Yea,Still an Inliner)
  3. Here's my attempt. FWIW, it is much easier to understand the DCR & SCR issues w/pictures. To understand CR you must first mentally grasp the distinctions between a Compression Ratio -vs- that of Compression. Compression is a pressure measured w/a guage of some kind whereas a Compression Ratio is a measurement between two different Volumes. Pressure is not the same as a Compression Ratio therefore the size of the valve or the size of the port will not affect the CR, but will affect the Pressure in the Cylinder at different RPM's as well as the Airflow Velocity at different RPM's. The two volumes being measured is the space immediately above the piston when said piston is at TDC -vs- the space above said piston when piston is at BDC. SCR measures the space above the piston when said piston is at BDC and when the piston is at TDC yet wont take into account how much space remains above the piston when the Intake Valve Closes (IVC). DCR measures the space above the piston with the piston position that corresponds w/the IVC, as well as the space above the piston when said piston is at TDC. When approaching an engine build the DCR dictate the optimum SCR...not the other way around, and yes you can do the math but requires a Crank Angle Chart and this requires Trigonometry. 4. 14 in.Hg. is good for a streetable weekend warrior. "Streetable" is the point I was looking for as implied w/the smaller intake ports you have chosen. As long as your DCR is in the 7.5 to 8.2 range it should be able to run on pump gas. Those numbers look good and appears to pull close to 100% of the volumetric efficiency out of the cyl.heads early in the rpm range while the cam's duratioin delays the engine from coming on to the cam till later in the rpm range - meanwhile, airflow velocity is high throughout the rpm range...and as we all know this is a good thing. Make sure the diff gearing compliments your engine's peak rpm range within the distance of the 1/4 mile. Be sure you or your exhaust man spends extra time in making proper 90 degree transitional bends from the header dump into the exhaust pipe - as that will be the only possible weakness in our Z/V8's. Dont limit yourself w/intake manifolds. They are inexpensive enough to play around w/two or three until you get the right one that compliments your engine the best. With aluminum cyl heads, aluminum intake manifold, and a cam w/long duration - you should be able to get away w/11.0:1 SCR. Looking forward to hearing your new and improved time slips. 5. dr_hunt & Sumo made some really good points. Any engine is a good engine - but is any engine the Right Engine for your intended purpose? What is your intended purpose for this engine-car combo? For an explation for the different levels of engine performances go to the Miscellaneous Tech forum and scroll down to the thread titled Matching Displacement, Cyl Heaeds, DCR & SCR-Duration. You have yet to state what your SCR is going to be. FWIW, once you have decided which level of performance you want (go read the Miscellaneous Tech thread) your other choices will be made for you. I am bringing this up due to your choice of AFR 190's. It sounds to me like you want to make it into the low 11's or high 10's. This would imply a Weekend Warrior to borderline Dedicated Dragster. Once you have read the miscellaneous Tech thread and understand the relationship between the Cyl Head's Intake Port to Cylinder Volume (IP/CV%) relationship you will see that your AFR 190's, on a 383-385 cubic inch engine classify as a Pure Street Engine...not a Weekend Warrior. Couple this Pure Street Engine classification w/your choice of camshaft and you have a likely potential for building a mismatched engine...of course this all depends on your choice of a Static Compression Ratio. Yet if you choose a Weekend Warrior SCR then your Cylinder Head, which classifies as a Pure Street Engine w/the displacement you have chosen, is mismatched w/your Cyl. Head's Intake Port. So prior to giving you any real opinion on the engine build I would first ask you what level of performance you have chosen and which SCR you will be utilizing. Then we can begin giving a real opinion on the engine build components. Kevin, (Yea,Still an Inliner)
  6. Did anyone else hear on the radio yesturday, Sept.28,2004, that Israel just took delivery, from the US, 102 F-16's outfitted w/unsuaully larger fuel tanks....hinted that the fuel tanks will allow Israeli planes the ability to fly into Iran and back: which in the past they were not capable of such missions. Israel also took delivery of 500-600 (cant remember exactly) bunker-busters and 5000 smart bombs. In light of current events in the middle east....it appears Israel, and you can naturally assume this would also include the US and the Brits, are gearing up for something(?). Kevin, (Yea,Still an Inliner)
  7. You know what we really need? We need some manner in which we can track all the people in the US! Maybe if we made the cell phone towers proactive instead of passive regarding locating a cell phone - then that would help us keep track of people...oh wait - we are already doing that. What if we added to that system and somehow introduced legislation that required all of us to obtain a "Homeland Security/Anti-Terrorist Card" of some kind. This card would require all of us to ID ourselves prior to making any purchase - then maybe we could actually keep track of those that have something to hide -vs- those that have nothing to hide. You know - a system similar to Dept. of Defense's card system where all their employess must use their card system to buy and sell. Perhaps more cameras on the buildings and street corners would help - I'm sure that would also help. Anyone know of a system that would allow us to track people - you know, something similar to those ankle bracelets put on white collar criminals who are under house arrest! What are they called - RFID's or something like that? Maybe you could put those things in our Anti-Terrorist cards, that way we would always be able to separate the terrorist from the rest of us "That have nothing to hide". You know - something like that family in Florida that got micro-chipped that Fox showed a few years ago. If only we could somehow micro-chip everybody; then we could keep track of everyone and know where they were to protect them from the terrorist at anytime. http://www.newscientist.com/news/news/jsp?id=ns99995022 if this is a broken link then simply do a google for the Barcelona Bech Club RFID and you will read a very sureal article about VIP's choosing to micro-chip themselves. Hey if the Bacelona Beach Club can miro-chip their VIP members..then why not an entire nation? We cant protect everyone unless we know where they are all the time, right? I know I would feel much safer with such a system. Kevin, (Yea,Still an Inliner) PS: for those who dont know...I do not condone such a system that would track any of us.
  8. FF, I was just kidding you back - so chill I'm thickskinned and dont get offended...so dont think that I was offended - I' m not. Regarding the vote not counting...I was referencing debt not health care like issues. When debt is concerned it does not matter who is in office. The graphs, regardless of whose graph you look at, will indicate that JUST THE INTEREST is beginning to be unbearable and unpayable. Each year the interest grows astronaumically. There is not enough money in the world to pay the debt, and currently - in the last few years, we can not even keep tabs on interest that is owed. It is growing like some huge smog cloud lingering over all of America. If you (you meaning anyone) can grasp the fact that as interest and debt rises - you (again you meaning any of us) will have to work that much harder simply to bring home that much less...it is a very important issue and not one that we should merely look the other way on. Kevin, (Yea,Still an Inliner)
  9. This is the point I'm trying to make...it is not a Democratic issue nor is it a Republican issue....IT IS AN ECONOMICAL DEBT ISSUE. If people could only get past this fake left/right mindset then they might actually be able to see things for what they really are. Dont argue that the glass is half full or that the glass is half empty...instead - simply admit that the water is at the half way mark. Go back to page1 of this thread and look at SuperDave's post where he listed a few graphs. Both Dems/Repubs are irresponsible...look at SuperDave's graphs! Debt will only continue to climb once it surpasses the point of no return - which we have passed 20 years ago. BTW Freedomfighter, the trade difference w/China is around the 60billion mark if memory serves me correctly with no intention of getting any smaller. Anyone who doesnt have enough time on their hands to understand an economical fact that, "as inflation and debt rises - you will have to work twice as hard to make twice as little" doesnt see the bigger picture and is living in a glass house. Kevin, (Yea,Still an Inliner)
  10. So, if the Federal Reserve is not Federal (US govt owned) and is nothing more than another Central Bank operating under a sneaky name "Federal" whereby most folks believe it is owned by the US Feds: then who does Allen Greenspan answer to? Answer: the stockholders of the Federal Reserve are: 1) Rothschild Banks of London and Berlin 2) Lazard Brothers Bank of Paris 3) Israel Moses Sieff Banks of Italy 4) Warburg Bank of Hamburg and Amsterdam 5) Lehman Brothers Bank of New York 6) Kuhn Loeb Bank of New York 7) Chase Manhatten Bank of New York 8 Goldman Sachs Bank of New York Small car, home, and whatever small loans are just as bad at removing paper notes from the money supply. Such as a $10,000 car loan at 10% interest whereby $1000 of interest is owed when that loans matures. This $1000 interest was never created - so in order to pay it the borrower must remove $1000 from the money supply. Millions of people repeat this car loan scenario every year removing millions of dollars each year from the money supply and this only rep's auto's...accept that the auto mfg's are also hurting since 911 and have been making their car loans at 0%. The many years of debt based borrowing chickens are now coming home to roost. It doesnt matter if Dem or Rep's are in control or who is President...the borrowing will continue. Kevin, (Yea,Still an Inliner)
  11. The bonds are nothing more than IOU's that bear interest. Anytime (almost always) the fed govt will have spent more than it has collected in taxes and therefore will have to borrow in order to make any payment to anyone for anything. Congress has given away its authority to create "COINed Gold or Silver" and does not have the authority to "CREATE" paper notes for payment of debts....(read the constitution), the fed govt borrows it from the Federal Banks, .., which according to Lewis -vs- US 680 F.2d 1239 (1982) the Federal Reserve is not Federal anymore than Federal Express and gets sued and sues in their own name on their own accord - they are given tax exempt statis for their services, yet are not federal at all.., The fed reserve banks dont give the money away - it is loaned at interest to the federal govt: even though said banks received federal reserve notes from the Dept. of Bureau of Printing and Engraving (BOPE) for intrinsic value (printing costs only) and not face value. In other words their initial exp's for receiving a full sheet of $1 notes is the same price of a sheet of $1000 notes. An exchange then takes place between the federal reserve and the federal govt. The federal reserve accepts T-Bills (as IOU's) from the federal govt and the federal reserve then gives the Federal Reserve Notes to the federal govt with the provision the federal govt promisses to pay said debt back w/interest...you and I are the gaurantors of this debt. When you and I pay an income tax - the payment doesnt go to the federal govt, it goes to the bankers in light of the Federal Govt's debt owed to the bankers. Loans will actually shrink the money supply due to the fact the interest in a loan is never created. Therefore, in order to pay a $100,000 loan at 10% interest ($110,000) back, the borrower must actually take $10,000 out of circulation merely to pay back the interest. This creates a void in the market. The only way to fulfill that void is for someone else to borrow that $10,000 back into society - which creates more debt which swells the debt. It is a never ending cycle where Bankruptsy is the only answer or the dismissing the debt...and we know a banker isnt going to do that! T-Bills are nothing more than IOU's. Kevin, (Yea,Still an Inliner)
  12. For those who think a "Flat Tax" is a great idea...I have a news flash for ya. WE ALREADY HAVE A FLAT TAX. It is called an excise tax. Everytime you buy something, non food item, you pay an excise tax. The govt created the income tax, (War Time Tax) which is a Federal Tax and only suppose to be triggered in time of war. This kind of tax can be utilized providing said tax was to be aportioned amongst the popultion of each state. If one state had a higher population then it owed more whereas if another state had a lesser population then it owed less than the state w/a higher population. Currently, the Income Tax is being applied as a direct tax which violates the constitution that states such as tax is suppose to be an indirect tax...but it is still being applied as a direct tax and being touted as a voluntary tax - yea right! So if govt doesnt follow their own rules regarding how an indirect tax can be applied, then what makes you believe they will follow any other rules, they create, that will end up removing revenue from big govt that gets put back in to the hands of the people? The national debt is not a left or right issue. It is socialism at its worst - a redistribution of the wealth that every people of each state should get to experience for themselves..not just big govt. I do believe that any tax cut is a relief and good for the people, yet I believe it is too little and too late. Keep in mind every little bit helps but what good does it do to give a few bucks back when your propery taxes are increased, jobs are outsourced, living expenses are increased, and the national debt's interest rates astronaumically increase with every new year? We cant keep outsourcing American Jobs and expect the economy to get better with a national debt that is out of control. There will come a point in time where the debt owed -vs- those in the income earning (those who have a career supporting job) sector will no longer be able to "pay their fair share" and still be able to make ends meat. I believe we have surpassed that point in time. The automotive mfg's have been offereing 0% interest on new cars in an attempt to continue their increased sales. At what point in time will the new car market become saturated (I believe it already has)...what happens then? People will stop buying as many newer cars - then the auto mfg's will have to decrease production...more layoffs....more plant closings...more people removed fromthe working sector....more people forced to get a lessor paying job just to survive. I remember Fox news reported, about three months ago, that over 2 million American jobs were lost in the two years after 9.11.2004. This 2 million figure does not include all the career supporting jobs we lost, to 3rd world countries, from the 1970's up to the 9.11 date. We cant keep increasing the debt, shoving our mfg jobs to a 3rd world and expect our market to continue to remain healthy. In order to have a market there must be people working in career supporting jobs in order to sustain said market. Something has to give. Either the products being sold will have to be sold cheaper, or the debt will have to be lessened. You cant have it both ways. Any economist out there? What does it say about your market when you have both Inflation rising as well as products being sold cheaper...and both these issues are happening at the same time? BTW: in a debt based economy - I'm speaking about how money enters the system...not commenting on the actual national debt. For those that are not aware: while we were on the Gold & Silver standard - money was "SPENT" into society. Once we were removed from the Gold & Silver standard and replaced it w/a paper note system, money was then "BORROWED" into society at interest. This is what I mean when I use the term Debt Based Economy. When you borrow money into society to support the market, the borrowing creates the principle of that debt. The interest of said debt is never created. So in order to pay both the principle and the interest of a debt one would have to borrow more money - you still dont pay the interest on the debt...you merely create more debt! You can not confuse book keeping based on a Gold & Silver Standard with that of the book keeping on a Debt Based Economy. If you do you will only be confused into believing that interest of the debt can be paid. All the money we have in this sytem made it in to our system only because someone prior to you borrowed it into the system. This is the economical slippery slope you get on when a nation adopts a paper note system as its currency. There is no relief - only bankruptsy...or continue to borrow and look the other way while the debt increases. This means those who do work - have to work that much harder merely to pay the "ever increasing debt". If the debt continues to grow then you have to work that much harder just to keep said debt's interest in check...unfortunately this means you get to take less home for ends meat to put on the table and in your kid's stomachs. This is the insideousness of a debt based economy. The Debt is owed to the bankers who give our politicians freedom to borrow as much as they want for whatever political plan moves them. The bankers get rich, the politicians get rich - meanwhile making its citizens gaurantors of paying said debt back....what a scam. I just wanna know when we will bring back tar and feathering (not really-but it makes me feel good to say such a thing) How many generations can endure such a debt based economical system? It appears we are about to find out in this next decade! The national debt IMHO is not a Republican or Democrat issue...it is an issue of economic freedom which supercedes partisan politics. Kevin, (Yea,Still an Inliner)
  13. John, John-John, John, John...john, After all we have been through, after all I have done for you and you treat me this way...and I thought we were friends the fight between evil -vs- righteousness (control -vs- freedom) is not a conspiracy, it is the issue in everything we do in life. BTW: I'm am not getting involved in this thread...so quit tempting me...you're such a tease. Kevin, (Yea,Still an Inliner)
  14. PSYCH.., made you look! Kevin, (Yea,Still an Inliner)
  15. The cycle of civilization is: 1) Freedom 2) Prosparity 3) Decadence 4) Slavery...then the cycle repeats itslef. everything I am writing here addresses authority and IMHO I attempt to make a point why our politicians dont hede our demands (long so bear w/me) as I understand it. Regarding the PA and "our" govt's past tresspasses on "we the people", let us take a trip down memory lane. When the revolutionary war ended, the colonies were allegedly free. What people fail to realize is pre, during, and post revolutionary war - there were multiple types of people walking around. There were those involved in Govt contracts, there were those involved in individual contracts, and there were those involved in no contracts...(the social contract). BTW: once you understand the jurisdictional issues between Federal, State, and Individual you will then understand that neither the State nor the Federal have any jurisdiction over the Individual that is not involved in Starte or Federal Business (Contracts). A good question to ask yourself is, "What contracts am I signing these days that place me in the State or Federal jurisdictions?" So, upon the end of this war, with these three classes of folks involved, what do you do w/them? Eventually the constitution was written which put forth limitations on said Govt contracts and Colonial (now State) contracts. This constitution did not address those that were not involved in bartering (the social contract)...so the Bill of Rights was passes. The Bill of Rights does not give you any rights, rather it is a limitation on how the Federal Zone reps can interact w/the "baterers". And so the people were happy...they new their new found freedom would not be incroached: why would they fear encroachment....after all - they had freedom of speech, freedom to Keep & Bear Arms, no theft of property or person w/out a warrant ect, ect. The country prospered (protectionism) Now zoom up to the Civil War period just prior to the souther State reps walking out on congress. Most people equate the Civil War to "Freedom from Slavery". Yet freedom from slavery was not top on the list.., it was 4th or 5th somewhere on the list...and yes, Freedom from slavery is good and it needed to happen. But what of the other issues that superceded slavery on the list? Such as Individual Rights, and State s Rights. Post Civil War brought us the 14 Amendment which alloted for a US citizen to reside in the sovereign state but was still subject to the rules and regulations of the US (Federal Zone..as in "INTERNAL"). Most people new then that they were not US Citizens...they knew they were State Citizens...yet this knowledge is lost to 99.9999% of most folks today. Prior to the Civil War - there were next to ZERO US Citizens. We, to this day have not returned to "State Citizenry"...so there is one area of concern that has changed due to a War. Something else most peopld do not understand, and that is the IRS and the income tax. I wasnt going to mention it - due to it also being a hot topic but Tannji mentioned the IRS, so here goes. The income tax was a "War Time Tax" that the writers of the constitution alloted for. It is a legit tax w/its legit measures for applying said tax...during war. The legit manner in which it is applied is as a tax that is apportioned amongst the states. So if one state has more people in it, then it pays more of the tax than the state next to them that has a smaller population - that is apportionment. Once the Civil War was over, the tax would be done away with w/in a two year period not to exceed two years...which it was. Yet move on to the early 1900's where the Income Tax Act of 1913 was passed. This is an indirect tax that is being applied as a direct tax. The states nor the feds can force this tax, legally, on you or I - so it is called a voluntary tax...but just try and volunteer to not pay it. We all know we have to pay this "Voluntary" tax or we go to jail. So much for being voluntary. And I know there are people here who do not understand the difference between Direct and Indirect taxation...so spare me the nay-sayers. The point is that we have this taxation to this day that was first applied during the Civil War..so we have not returned to the pre Civil War era where said tax was not being applied. Now Zoom to the 1930's where FDR confiscated the gold. FDR, as the President did not have the authority to speak for the "Non US Citizens", he only had the authority to speak to the "Internal"...as in internal to the Federal Zone as an administrator, employees. Yet due to people's ignorance...all for the "War Effort", the lemmings marched to the local banks and handed over their gold. EVEN THOUGH, ARTICAL 1, SECTION 10 SAYS.., NO STATE SHALL MAKE..., ANYTHING BUT GOLD AND SILVER 'COIN' A TENDER IN PAYMENT OF DEBTS......yet here we are to this day using fiat paper notes (federal reserve notes) instead of Gold and Silver to pay our debts. Simply one more example of not returning to a pre war state...even though Allen Greenspan in his 1966 treaties on Money and the 1920's market crash wrote, "In the absence of the gold standard, there is no way to protect savings from confiscation through inflation." Still, here we are to this day on a debt based federal reserve paper note system paying our debts w/paper inflationary notes. So if the constitution says we can not pay our debts w/out the use of Gold or Silver coin...why are we paying our debts w/paper? This seems like a huge contradiction to the constitution. IMHO...not just mine but many others, that the amendments to the constitution equate to a Federal state overlaid ontop of the sovereign states: see Howard v. Commissioners of Sinking Fund, 344 U.S. 624, 73 S.Ct. 465 that said, "There has been created a fictinal Federal state within a state" or Schwartz v. O'Hara TP. School Dist., 100 A.2d. 621, 625, 375 Pa. which also identifies a state within a state. How can they do this you ask: it is again IMHO, being done thru "Commerce". The constitutional writers did cede the "right" to regulate commerce - both inter and intra-state commerce. Everything we do in our lives is being regulated through commerce. So if you sign a document, which we all have, giving testimony to being a US citizen - then we have agreed to be a Federal (internal) Employee and are subject to its rules and regulations...this is called an implied benefit. If you or I accept any benefit, it is then implied that we hace access to all other benefits - even if we dont request access to said benefits we do have access to them...and therefore we are subject to said benefits. So when we sign into a US citizenship contract we have then stepped outside of our "god given rights spoken about in the preamble to the constitution where it states certain rights are unalienable" and stepped straight into a Contract that has contractual obligations....hence a Court of Equity will hear and decide any contractual disputes. This means you can not claim "Common Law Rights" in a court of Equity if you have given testimony in one or more US contracts that you are a US Citizen. People always like to claim their "Constitutional Rights" but they never stop to think about how many times they have given testimony to being a "US citizen". US citizens dont have rights...they only have benefits. Benefits can be altered or taken away any time yet rights can not be taken away...unless you have willfully, knowingly, intentionally signed into a contract: simply because the issue - when a breach in the contract arrises, isnt about "Rights", rather it is about contractual obligations. So, when you and I are confronted by some Dept. of Homeland Security "employee", both you & I are obliged, due to contractual obligation....from all our US citizenship contracts we previously had signed into, to answer any of their questions. After all - they, through the contracts, are no longer our servant and have now become our boss. This is the flip-flop in authority you will never see or hear about in a shcool class, as Tannji put it, civic 101. They dont understand it, most people dont understand it and I didnt understand it till after about 10 years of personal research...the internet and to make Tannji feel better, yes even the library (no googling ) So when I understand how politics and their politicians no longer serve the peope, accept w/the perception of being a servant - which only happens during an election year, then I get that sinking feeling that we are about to move into unchartered waters and whatever rights and freedoms still exit will soon be further done away with. Can anyone confirm this? I heard on a radio program that the PA DOES NOT have a sunset clause. I would really like some confirmed facts regarding the sunset clause - not just some guy talking on the radio that doesnt substantiate that statement. Phil, Your answer about Allen Greenspan being the Economic authority - what about his bosses? Who does Allen Greenspan answer to? Keep climbing the economic ladder - dont stop at Allen Greenspan. Kevin, (Yea,Still an Inliner)
  16. my goodness...I was certain this thread would've died off at page 11. I come back in almost two days and it is growing astronaumically. Great thread and I am glad we are having it. .., again from Wordiq.com Globalism: is the apotheosis of the British doctrine of Free Trade. Under globalism, the concept of national sovereignty with respect to economic policy is effectively banned, and this ban is enforced by international agencies such as the World Trade Organization (WTO) and the International Monetary Fund (IMF). Proponents of globalsim argue that it is necessary to eliminate protectionism because it is an impediment to greater economic efficiencies, which may be realized through the unrestricted movement of capital. Opponents of globalism hold that it is simply a disguised form of colonialism, and that rather than seeking to improve the economic performance of most of the world, it is designed to retard and stifle it, to maintain the Third World, in particular, as a vast reserve of cheap labor and cheap raw materials. Tanji, Glad to see you demanding specifics. If the rest of the world made such a demand on their politicians, religious leaders, and economic leaders, then we would not be in the mess we currently find ourselves in. Dont believe simply all the disinformation out there that those who believe in Globalism and NWO do exist that they are "Cultish"...that is a Pchy-Op's of its own. Notice that not one defintion from Wordiq.com connected the political defintions to "Ufo abducted-anal probed wacko's". The world of globalism and economics is political..not UFO'ish and should not be connected to that group. Coming from a cult I can understand why you would question anyone who has an opinion on politics and economics that involves a religious belief...such as I who base all my beliefs in God and the bible (not new age nor new translations...but the KJV and both Hebrew/Greek concordance for proper translations. I would counter that your "lack of faith" is not a lack of faith - just a limited one..BTW: in that KJB, Christ commanded us to search for the truth and if we did we would find the truth and the truth would set us free. You believe in the wind but could not, if your life depended upon on it, put the wind in a mason jar and prove to me what the wind looks like. Yet you still have faith, perception, to believe that it is the wind that moves the leaves and branches on a tree as well as blows your hair on a windy day. Too many people are in search for answers these days - but dont find it because they are fearful of what others may label them. If you remove my belief in God and the KJV bible - then I too could understand why it is hard to believe that the world is acting crazy and would scratch my head in amazement of why "Things Just Happen". I dont want to make this into a religious thread, but the bible in Daniel speaks about Neberkenezzar's (sp?) statue, as well as Daniel's visions. Both the statue and Daniels visions outline the kindoms that would take place from that moment in time, from Babylon, to the end of time..., and this doesnt begin to scratch the surface of John's visions which speaks specifically of the kingdom that would rule in those end days... if you were one that believed in such things that is. So yea, I believe in such things and that is why I dont find it hard to believe where we are politically, economically, and religiously to this day.
  17. Johnc, I am glad you did not lock the thread - the issues discussed were very real and important. Even if we dont agree on specifics I think we all agree the said issues are important and that is what makes us different from the rest of the world. We do have the right to disagree...and hopefully w/out being stereotyped. Kevin, (Yea,Still an Inliner)
  18. Freedomfighter, 1) This is a great point, "Who is doing the stereotyping, why are they stereotyping, and what happens when party A stereotypes party B and who created the stereotyping? IMHO the point of stereotyping has been created by those, in the media or any forum for the sole purpose of belittleing the other party's opinion. I can not help what others think and I, do care what they think, the bottom line is I dont care how they think what they think - even if/when it is directed at me....truth doesnt need your stereotyping nor my stereotyping, it just needs to be heard. 2) "Before I Tag G.Bush"? I did not tag G.Bush as anything, I merely recounted his own words and your fear "perception/stereotyping" assumed I was tagging him as apart of a theory. G.Bush Jr, while being interviewed by a reporter during his 1st campaign for presidency, was being questioned about his "Christianity" -vs- his fathers obvious globalist actions; to which George W immediately turned to the camera and seriously stated, "MAKE NO MISTAKE, I AM A GLOBALISTS". Those were George W's words not mine! As far as the phrase, "Does not make him the anti-christ" is an attempt at stereotyping me...it is a knee jerk reaction by you simply because I stated something that does not sit well with you. I am sorry if George W's, in his words, "I am a Globalists" offends you. Perhaps you should take up your stereotyping him as a globalists and quit stereotyping me for recounting his own words. George W is a unique individual. I believe anyone with an open mind can see this, however - the fact that he is a globalists makes him a tool to those who want a NWO. Kerry is even more of a puppet to those who want a NWO. Globalism is anti-nationalism. 3) Again your knee jerk reaction that I am worrying about anything is based merely on the fact that I have mentioned such issues. FWIW, I do not worry about anything - worrying is for those that fear what they do not understand. Given, I do not understand everything - I do not fear it. Jesus in the bible told us, "Do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will take care of itself." This is the basis that dictates by temperment. Your point about the NWO being unstoppable is exactly my point I have been making! Regardless of "our", as ab American, point of views and regardless of how we vote - Globalism is here and will result in a NWO. My posts were made simply to home in this exact issue which a few have rejected. I'm glad to see that you understand this issue. The purpose of my point is to be aware of current events and the players that bring about or will have an affect on those events...such as globalism -vs- nationalsim. Once nationalism is gone - so to will our sovereignty. 4) People do care about issues. IMHO they get tired of being stereotyped everytime they bring up an issue that someone else disagrees with. Dont stereotype, dont label or demonize people simply because they have an opinion. Instead - discuss the facts, even if these facts are outside your comfort zone. Those that dont believe globalism is real and equates to a NWO needs to go to the UN site and read their own documentation. Kevin, (Yea,Still an Inliner)
  19. Mike, Sounds like your wife is disillusioned w/politics as much as if not more than you? I wonder sometimes myself why we even bother - my only answer would be that you never know who is on the up & up -vs- those that are only in it for the money, power, and connections. We only need 45 more hits to this thread and we will have reached 2000. I would say there is more to what we are talking about than meets the eye and obviously more readers than posters...which implies people are interested in the subjects of Internationalism -vs- Nationalism -vs- State Sovereignty. Dont fret guys, I'm done - I believe we have just about kicked this dead horse as much as possible.., and it appears it still doesnt want to get up and walk. You can also read out of something which your mind doesnt want to see: the pendulum swings both ways Kevin, (Yea,Still an Inliner)

Writing in their Summer/Fall newsletter, Deputy Director Eric Cox describes world events over the past year or two and declares: "It's sad but true that the slow-witted American press has not grasped the significance of most of these developments. In a program, topics include, Legal Structures for a New World Order and The United Nations: From its Conception to a New World Order. Participants include a former director of the U.N.'s General Legal Division, and a former Secretary General of International Planned Parenthood. Late July, 1991 -- On a Cable News Network program, CFR member and former CIA director Stansfield Turner (Rhodes scholar), when asked about Iraq, responded: "We have a much bigger objective. We've got to look at the long run here. This is an example -- the situation between the United Nations and Iraq -- where the United Nations is deliberately intruding into the sovereignty of a sovereign nation...Now this is a marvelous precedent (to be used in) all countries of the world..." October 29, 1991 -- David Funderburk, former U. S. Ambassador to Romania, tells a North Carolina audience: "George Bush has been surrounding himself with people who believe in one-world government. They believe that the Soviet system and the American system are converging." The vehicle to bring this about, said Funderburk, is the United Nations, "the majority of whose 166 member states are socialist, atheist, and anti-American." Funderburk served as ambassador in Bucharest from 1981 to 1985, when he resigned in frustration over U.S. support of the oppressive regime of the late Rumanian dictator, Nicolae Ceausescu. October 30, 1991: -- President Gorbachev at the Middle East Peace Talks in Madrid states: "We are beginning to see practical support. And this is a very significant sign of the movement towards a new era, a new age... We see both in our country and elsewhere...ghosts of the old thinking...When we rid ourselves of their presence, we will be better able to move toward a new world order... relying on the relevant mechanisms of the United Nations." The main products of this summit are the Biodiversity Treaty and Agenda 21, which the U.S. hesitates to sign because of opposition at home due to the threat to sovereignty and economics. The summit says the first world's wealth must be transferred to the third world. July 20, 1992 -- TIME magazine publishes The Birth of the Global Nation by Strobe Talbott, Rhodes Scholar, roommate of Bill Clinton at Oxford University, CFR Director, and Trilateralist, in which he writes: "All countries are basically social arrangements... No matter how permanent or even sacred they may seem at any one time, in fact they are all artificial and temporary... Perhaps national sovereignty wasn't such a great idea after all... But it has taken the events in our own wondrous and terrible century to clinch the case for world government." As an editor of Time, Talbott defended Clinton during his presidential campaign. He was appointed by President Clinton as the number two person at the State Department behind Secretary of State Warren Christopher, former Trilateralist and former CFR Vice-Chairman and Director. Talbott was confirmed by about two-thirds of the U.S. Senate despite his statement about the unimportance of national sovereignty. September 29, 1992 -- At a town hall meeting in Los Angeles, Trilateralist and former CFR president Winston Lord delivers a speech titled Changing Our Ways: America and the New World, in which he remarks: "To a certain extent, we are going to have to yield some of our sovereignty, which will be controversial at home... [under] the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA)... some Americans are going to be hurt as low-wage jobs are taken away." Lord became an Assistant Secretary of State in the Clinton administration. Winter, 1992-93 -- The CFR's Foreign Affairs publishes Empowering the United Nations by U.N. Secretary General Boutros-Boutros Ghali, who asserts: "It is undeniable that the centuries-old doctrine of absolute and exclusive sovereignty no longer stands... Underlying the rights of the individual and the rights of peoples is a dimension of universal sovereignty that resides in all humanity... It is a sense that increasingly finds expression in the gradual expansion of international law... In this setting the significance of the United Nations should be evident and accepted." Strobe Talbott's lifetime achievements as a voice for global harmony have earned him this recognition... He will be a worthy recipient of the Norman Cousins Global Governance Award. Best wishes... for future success." Not only does President Clinton use the specific term, "world government," but he also expressly wishes the WFA "future success" in pursuing world federal government. Talbott proudly accepts the award, but says the WFA should have given it to the other nominee, Mikhail Gorbachev. April 19, 1993 -- Waco conflagration. January/February, 1994 -- The CFR's Foreign Affairs prints an opening article by CFR Senior Fellow Michael Clough in which he writes that the "Wise Men" (e.g. Paul Nitze, Dean Acheson, George Kennan, and John J. McCloy) have: "assiduously guarded it [American foreign policy] for the past 50 years...They ascended to power during World War II...This was as it should be. National security and the national interest, they argued must transcend the special interests and passions of the people who make up America... How was this small band of Atlantic-minded internationalists able to triumph?... Eastern internationalists were able to shape and staff the burgeoning foreign policy institutions... As long as the Cold War endured and nuclear Armageddon seemed only a missile away, the public was willing to tolerate such an undemocratic foreign policy making system." 1995 -- The State of the World Forum took place in the fall of this year, sponsored by the Gorbachev Foundation located at the Presidio in San Francisco. Foundation President Jim Garrison chairs the meeting of who's-whos from around the world including Margaret Thatcher, Maurice Strong, George Bush, Mikhail Gorbachev and others. Conversation centers around the oneness of mankind and the coming global government. However, the term "global governance" is now used in place of "new world order" since the latter has become a political liability, being a lightning rod for opponents of global government. April 19, 1995 -- Oklahoma City bombing of the Federal Murrah Building. 1996 -- The United Nations 420-page report Our Global Neighborhood is published. It outlines a plan for "global governance," calling for an international Conference on Global Governance in 1998 for the purpose of submitting to the world the necessary treaties and agreements for ratification by the year 2000. 1996 -- State of the World Forum II takes place in the fall in San Francisco. March 17, 2003 -- At 8:15pm, EST, President Bush announces a 48-hour ultimatum to Saddam Hussein to leave the country with his sons, or suffer the invasion. ...only but a few "New World Order" comments from the 90's to current. HOW MANY TIMES DO THESE GOONS HAVE TO REPEAT THE PHRASE NEW WORLD ORDER or Global Governance until you begin to believe that they believe a New World Order is on the rise? It is their words.....NOT MINE. Those of you who are in denial that a NWO is forming are not arguing w/me....you are arguing with your own politicians. George Bush Jr. said in his speech the other day where he declared "Pensicola Fla a Federal Disaster Zone" called the Pensicolans "Citizens of the World". He DID NOT call them people of Florida, Pensicola Citizens, or Floridians: he called them Citizens of the World! Someone should remind Bush Jr. that he is a Conspiracy Nut if he believes a One World Nation exists to which people of the several nations are citizens in this World Organization. I'm sure he was ubducted by a UFO and anal probed and brainwashed until he agreed to refer to sovereign Floridians as Citizens of the World. As far as I am concerned, regardless of how honorable this war may be, it and the Patriot Act(s) still play right into the hands of those who desire a NWO. You either read those quotes and realize these people believe in and want a NWO or you dont see it because you dont want to see it. As far as I am concnerned The handwriting is on the wall...mene, tekel, peres. Kevin, (Yea,Still an Inliner)
  21. Thanks guys. Pyro, I thought about the stroke to rod ratios but it has been extemely documented already: with the exception of the piston acceleration issue...which should be talked about more often..nonetheless, What I believe has not been thouroghly discussed is the DCR to SCR and the IP/CV relationships w/in a specified rpm range...so that is what I concentrated on. Glad to hear you guys appreicated it. Kevin, (Yea,Still an Inliner)
  22. Tanji, First, if the One World Govt (New World Order) is equated to Luciferianism (Conspiracy Theory...whatever you want to call it) then I guess George Bush Sr. was a Luciferian because he couldnt give a speech w/out slobbering all over how wonderful a New World Order will be. He was the poster child for a NWO. He used the term NWO in about every major speech he gave. Secondly, if you have even read any of his books then you would know that you have missed Commander Carr's points on his outlining how WWIII would begin.......COMMANDER CAR WAS NOT MAKING A PREDICTION! He was making a quote. A quote he took from Albert Pikes personal letter Pike wrote to Mazzini. Albert Pike claimed three world wars are required: WWI, WWII, and WWIII, to bring about this One World Order. Alber Pike wrote this letter in the later 1800's way before the Axis powers or the Industrial Revolution determined who would be top dog in the emprical sence. Albert Pike, who wrote Morals & Dogma, is the Grandfather of modern day freemasonry, says that Freemasonry is Luciferian Worship (weirdo crazy dude - what a conspiracy theorist...everyone knows Freemasons are just good people wanting to have a little brotherhood fun). Yea, that is some pretty weird stuff and Albert Pike was a satanist not just in word but in deed. No Pete I do not see evil conspiracies at work everywhere, but as a Christian whose bible, as we are lead to believe is the word of God, says that we do not struggle agains man - but of principalities and spiritual strongholds: and believe that evil does exists. When I see evil at work I will not shy away from it. Too many of our so called political leaders spout the global jargon and I see that as a bad thing for America, simply because I have read what said globalist think - and that disturbs me. Here are just a few of their comments as well as in interesting timeline: (Dont forget G.Bush Sr. who couldnt stop saying NWO in his speeches as el numero uno cheerleader).., 1912 -- Colonel Edward M. House, a close advisor of President Woodrow Wilson, publishes Phillip Dru: Administrator in which he promotes "socialism as dreamed of by Karl Marx." 1913 -- The Federal Reserve (neither federal nor a reserve) is created. It was planned at a secret meeting in 1910 on Jekyll Island, Georgia by a group of bankers and politicians, including Col. House. This transferred the power to create money from the American government to a private group of bankers. It is probably the largest generator of debt in the world. July 28, 1914 -- World War I is triggered by the assassination of Archduke Francis Ferdinand of Austria. May 27, 1916 -- President Woodrow Wilson proposes at the League of Nations in a speech before the League to Enforce Peace, a world needed to prevent the recurrence of a similar war was a world government. November 11, 1918 -- The end of World War I, after the signing of the Armistice at the 11th hour on the 11th day of the 11th month. May 30, 1919 -- Prominent British and American personalities establish the Royal Institute of International Affairs in England and the Institute of International Affairs in the U.S. at a meeting arranged by Col. House attended by various Fabian socialists, including noted economist John Maynard Keynes. Two years later, Col. House reorganizes the Institute of International Affairs into the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR). December 15, 1922 -- The CFR endorses World Government in its magazine Foreign Affairs. Author Philip Kerr, states: "Obviously there is going to be no peace or prosperity for mankind as long as [the earth] remains divided into 50 or 60 independent states until some kind of international system is created...The real problem today is that of the world government." 1928 -- The Open Conspiracy: Blue Prints for a World Revolution by H.G. Well is published. A former Fabian Socialist, Wells writes: "The political world of the into a Open Conspiracy must weaken, efface, incorporate and supersede existing governments... The Open Conspiracy is the natural inheritor of socialist and communist enthusiasms; it may be in control of Moscow before it is in control of New York... The character of the Open Conspiracy will now be plainly displayed... It will be a world religion." 1931 -- Students at the Lenin School of Political Warfare in Moscow are taught: "One day we shall start to spread the most theatrical peace movement the world has ever seen. The capitalist countries, stupid and decadent...will fall into the trap offered by the possibility of making new friends. Our day will come in 30 years or so... The bourgeoisie must be lulled into a false sense of security. 1932 -- New books are published urging New World Order: Toward Soviet America by William Z. Foster. Head of the Communist Party USA, Foster indicates that a National Department of Education would be one of the means used to develop a new socialist society in the U.S. The New World Order by F.S. Marvin, describing the League of Nations as the first attempt at a New World Order. Marvin says, "nationality must rank below the claims of mankind as a whole." Dare the School Build a New Social Order? is published. Educator author George Counts asserts that: "...the teachers should deliberately reach for power and then make the most of their conquest" in order to "influence the social attitudes, ideals and behavior of the coming generation...The growth of science and technology has carried us into a new age where ignorance must be replaced by knowledge, competition by cooperation, trust in Providence by careful planning and private capitalism by some form of social economy." Plan for Peace by American Birth Control League founder Margaret Sanger (1921) is published. She calls for coercive sterilization, mandatory segregation, and rehabilitative concentration camps for all "dysgenic stocks" including Blacks, Hispanics, American Indians and Catholics. 1933 -- The first Humanist Manifesto is published. Co-author John Dewey, the noted philosopher and educator, calls for a synthesizing of all religions and "a socialized and cooperative economic order." Co-signer C.F. Potter said in 1930: "Education is thus a most powerful ally of humanism, and every American public school is a school of humanism. What can the theistic Sunday schools, meeting for an hour once a week, teaching only a fraction of the children, do to stem the tide of a five-day program of humanistic teaching? 1933 -- The Shape of Things to Come by H.G. Wells is published. Wells predicts a second world war around 1940, originating from a German-Polish dispute. After 1945 there would be an increasing lack of public safety in "criminally infected" areas. The plan for the "Modern World-State" would succeed on its third attempt (about 1980), and come out of something that occurred in Basra, Iraq. The book also states, "Although world government had been plainly coming for some years, although it had been endlessly feared and murmured against, it found no opposition prepared anywhere." 1934 -- The Externalization of the Hierarchy by Alice A. Bailey is published. Bailey is an occultist, whose works are channeled from a spirit guide, the Tibetan Master [demon spirit] Djwahl Kuhl. Bailey uses the phrase "points of light" in connection with a "New Group of World Servers" and claims that 1934 marks the beginning of "the organizing of the men and women...group work of a new order...[with] progress defined by service...the world of the Brotherhood...the Forces of Light...[and] out of the spoliation of all existing culture and civilization, the new world order must be built." The book is published by the Lucis Trust, incorporated originally in New York as the Lucifer Publishing Company. Lucis Trust is a United Nations NGO and has been a major player at the recent U.N. summits. Later Assistant Secretary General of the U.N. Robert Mueller would credit the creation of his World Core Curriculum for education to the underlying teachings of Djwahl Kuhl via Alice Bailey's writings on the subject. October 28, 1939 -- In an address by John Foster Dulles, later U.S. Secretary of State, he proposes that America lead the transition to a new order of less independent, semi-sovereign states bound together by a league or federal union. 1939 -- New World Order by H. G. Wells proposes a collectivist one-world state"' or "new world order" comprised of "socialist democracies." He advocates "universal conscription for service" and declares that "nationalist individualism...is the world's disease." He continues: "The manifest necessity for some collective world control to eliminate warfare and the less generally admitted necessity for a collective control of the economic and biological life of mankind, are aspects of one and the same process." He proposes that this be accomplished through "universal law" and propaganda (or education)." 1940 -- The New World Order is published by the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace and contains a select list of references on regional and world federation, together with some special plans for world order after the war. December 12, 1940 -- In The Congressional Record an article entitled A New World Order John G. Alexander calls for a world federation. 1942 -- The leftist Institute of Pacific Relations publishes Post War Worlds by P.E. Corbett: "World government is the ultimate aim...It must be recognized that the law of nations takes precedence over national law...The process will have to be assisted by the deletion of the nationalistic material employed in educational textbooks and its replacement by material explaining the benefits of wiser association." June 28, 1945 -- President Truman endorses world government in a speech: "It will be just as easy for nations to get along in a republic of the world as it is for us to get along in a republic of the United States." October 24, 1945 -- The United Nations Charter becomes effective. Also on October 24, Senator Glen Taylor (D-Idaho) introduces Senate Resolution 183 calling upon the U.S. Senate to go on record as favoring creation of a world republic including an international police force. 1946 -- Alger Hiss is elected President of the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace. Hiss holds this office until 1949. Early in 1950, he is convicted of perjury and sentenced to prison after a sensational trial and Congressional hearing in which Whittaker Chambers, a former senior editor of Time, testifies that Hiss was a member of his Communist Party cell. 1946 -- The Teacher and World Government by former editor of the NEA Journal (National Education Association) Joy Elmer Morgan is published. He says: "In the struggle to establish an adequate world government, the teacher...can do much to prepare the hearts and minds of children for global understanding and cooperation...At the very heart of all the agencies which will assure the coming of world government must stand the school, the teacher, and the organized profession." 1947 -- The American Education Fellowship, formerly the Progressive Education Association, organized by John Dewey, calls for the: "...establishment of a genuine world order, an order in which national sovereignty is subordinate to world authority..." October, 1947 -- NEA Associate Secretary William Carr writes in the NEA Journal that teachers should: "...teach about the various proposals that have been made for the strengthening of the United Nations and the establishment of a world citizenship and world government." 1948 -- Walden II by behavioral psychologist B.F. Skinner proposes "a perfect society or new and more perfect order" in which children are reared by the State, rather than by their parents and are trained from birth to demonstrate only desirable behavior and characteristics. Skinner's ideas would be widely implemented by educators in the 1960s, 70s, and 80s as Values Clarification and Outcome Based Education. July, 1948 -- Britain's Sir Harold Butler, in the CFR's Foreign Affairs, sees "a New World Order" taking shape: "How far can the life of nations, which for centuries have thought of themselves as distinct and unique, be merged with the life of other nations? How far are they prepared to sacrifice a part of their sovereignty without which there can be no effective economic or political union?...Out of the prevailing confusion a new world is taking shape... which may point the way toward the new order... That will be the beginning of a real United Nations, no longer crippled by a split personality, but held together by a common faith." 1948 -- UNESCO president and Fabian Socialist, Sir Julian Huxley, calls for a radical eugenic policy in UNESCO: Its Purpose and Its Philosophy. He states: "Thus, even though it is quite true that any radical eugenic policy of controlled human breeding will be for many years politically and psychologically impossible, it will be important for UNESCO to see that the eugenic problem is examined with the greatest care and that the public mind is informed of the issues at stake that much that is now unthinkable may at least become thinkable." 1948 -- The preliminary draft of a World Constitution is published by U.S. educators advocating regional federation on the way toward world federation or government with England incorporated into a European federation. The Constitution provides for a "World Council" along with a "Chamber of Guardians" to enforce world law. Also included is a "Preamble" calling upon nations to surrender their arms to the world government, and includes the right of this "Federal Republic of the World" to seize private property for federal use. February 9, 1950 -- The Senate Foreign Relations Subcommittee introduces Senate Concurrent Resolution 66 which begins: "Whereas, in order to achieve universal peace and justice, the present Charter of the United Nations should be changed to provide a true world government constitution." The resolution was first introduced in the Senate on September 13, 1949 by Senator Glen Taylor (D-Idaho). Senator Alexander Wiley (R-Wisconsin) called it "a consummation devoutly to be wished for" and said, "I understand your proposition is either change the United Nations, or change or create, by a separate convention, a world order." Senator Taylor later stated: "We would have to sacrifice considerable sovereignty to the world organization to enable them to levy taxes in their own right to support themselves." April 12, 1952 -- John Foster Dulles, later to become Secretary of State, says in a speech to the American Bar Association in Louisville, Kentucky, that "treaty laws can override the Constitution." He says treaties can take power away from Congress and give them to the President. They can take powers from the States and give them to the Federal Government or to some international body and they can cut across the rights given to the people by their constitutional Bill of Rights. A Senate amendment, proposed by GOP Senator John Bricker, would have provided that no treaty could supersede the Constitution, but it fails to pass by one vote. 1954 -- Prince Bernhard of the Netherlands establishes the Bilderbergers, international politicians and bankers who meet secretly on an annual basis, even to this day. The 2003 meeting took place over the weekend of 15 to 18 May in Versailles, Paris. 1958 -- World Peace through World Law is published, where authors Grenville Clark and Louis Sohn advocate using the U.N. as a governing body for the world, world disarmament, a world police force and legislature. 1959 -- The Council on Foreign Relations calls for a New International Order. Study Number 7, issued on November 25, advocated: "...new international order [which] must be responsive to world aspirations for peace, for social and economic change...an international order...including states labeling themselves as 'socialist' [communist]." 1959 -- The World Constitution and Parliament Association is founded which later develops a Diagram of World Government under the Constitution for the Federation of Earth. 1959 -- The Mid-Century Challenge to U.S. Foreign Policy is published, sponsored by the Rockefeller Brothers' Fund. It explains that the U.S.: "...cannot escape, and indeed should welcome...the task which history has imposed on us. This is the task of helping to shape a new world order in all its dimensions -- spiritual, economic, political, social." September 9, 1960 -- President Eisenhower signs Senate Joint Resolution 170, promoting the concept of a federal Atlantic Union. Pollster and Atlantic Union Committee treasurer, Elmo Roper, later delivers an address titled, The Goal Is Government of All the World, in which he states: "For it becomes clear that the first step toward World Government cannot be completed until we have advanced on the four fronts: the economic, the military, the political and the social." 1961 -- The U.S. State Department issues a plan to disarm all nations and arm the United Nations. State Department Document Number 7277 is entitled Freedom From War: The U.S. Program for General and Complete Disarmament in a Peaceful World. It details a three-stage plan to disarm all nations and arm the U.N. with the final stage in which "no state would have the military power to challenge the progressively strengthened U.N. Peace Force." 1962 -- New Calls for World Federalism. In a study titled, A World Effectively Controlled by the United Nations, CFR member Lincoln Bloomfield states: "...if the communist dynamic was greatly abated, the West might lose whatever incentive it has for world government." The Future of Federalism by author Nelson Rockefeller is published. The one-time Governor of New York, claims that current events compellingly demand a "new world order," as the old order is crumbling, and there is "a new and free order struggling to be born." Rockefeller says there is: "a fever of nationalism...[but] the nation-state is becoming less and less competent to perform its international political tasks....These are some of the reasons pressing us to lead vigorously toward the true building of a new world order... [with] voluntary service...and our dedicated faith in the brotherhood of all mankind....Sooner perhaps than we may realize...there will evolve the bases for a federal structure of the free world." 1963 -- J. William Fulbright, Chairman of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee speaks at a symposium sponsored by the Fund for the Republic, a left-wing project of the Ford Foundation: "The case for government by elites is irrefutable...government by the people is possible but highly improbable." 1964 -- Taxonomy of Educational Objectives, Handbook II is published. Author Benjamin Bloom states: "...a large part of what we call 'good teaching' is the teacher's ability to attain affective objectives through challenging the students' fixed beliefs." His Outcome-Based Education (OBE) method of teaching would first be tried as Mastery Learning in Chicago schools. After five years, Chicago students' test scores had plummeted causing outrage among parents. OBE would leave a trail of wreckage wherever it would be tried and under whatever name it would be used. At the same time, it would become crucial to globalists for overhauling the education system to promote attitude changes among school students. 1964 -- Visions of Order by Richard Weaver is published. He describes: "progressive educators as a 'revolutionary cabal' engaged in 'a systematic attempt to undermine society's traditions and beliefs.'" 1967 -- Richard Nixon calls for New World Order. April, 1974 -- Former U. S. Deputy Assistant Secretary of State, Trilateralist and CFR member Richard Gardner's article The Hard Road to World Order is published in the CFR's Foreign Affairs where he states that: "the 'house of world order' will have to be built from the bottom up rather than from the top down...but an end run around national sovereignty, eroding it piece by piece, will accomplish much more than the old-fashioned frontal assault." 1974 -- The World Conference of Religion for Peace, held in Louvain, Belgium is held. The Declaration states that: "we must join with others to bring forth a new world order... Narrow notions of national sovereignty must not be permitted to curtail that obligation." Congresswoman Marjorie Holt refuses to sign the Declaration saying: "It calls for the surrender of our national sovereignty to international organizations. It declares that our economy should be regulated by international authorities. It proposes that we enter a 'new world order' that would redistribute the wealth created by the American people." 1975 -- Retired Navy Admiral Chester Ward, former Judge Advocate General of the U.S. Navy and former CFR member, writes in a critique that the goal of the CFR is the "submergence of U. He writes: "In my view The Trilateral Commission represents a skillful, coordinated effort to seize control and consolidate the four centers of power -- political, monetary, intellectual, and ecclesiastical. All this is to be done in the interest of creating a more peaceful, more productive world community. What the Trilateralists truly intend is the creation of a worldwide economic power superior to the political governments of the nation-states involved. They believe the abundant materialism they propose to create will overwhelm existing differences. As managers and creators of the system they will rule the future." October 11, 2001 -- Tom Brokaw (popular US news anchor) announces the world now has formed into the New World Order. So, yeah Pete & company..., I guess the fact that I believe a New World Order is here puts me in some pretty elite company...but hey - again I am simply a guy who reads too much. This is the slippery slope I'm talking about. In order for said NWO to exists, America has to be crippled - and yea that makes me sick to my stomach to see it coming. BTW anyone that doesnt think the "War on Terroism" is about to get worse...please explain to me why CNN did a short soundbite on the upcoming JOINT Draft thursday night. The draft included USA, France, and England. If the war on terror is going to be complete and things will then turn back to normal...why are these three countries attempting to finalize a joint draft? I've been reading bits and pieces about said draft on the internet for the last 6 months bit this was the first time I've seen anything on the boob-tube. The NWO is not a conspiracy theory...it is very open - all you have to do is read and then attempt to understand that which you read. It is a very open agenda and the War on Terrorism plays right into its hands...this is the intriguing part I am fascinated when trying to understand when politics is driving economics and religion, or religion is driving economics and politics, or economics is driving politics and religion. That is the slippery slope I keep referring to - we IMHO are heading smack dab into a NWO global government. Kevin, (Yea,Still an Inliner)
