  1. Hey, i've got a 260Z built 11/74 and was wondering if the tokico HP shocks/struts for a 240Z would work on it without any major modifications. thanks
  2. WS6 has ram air, i believe that is the only difference. Maybe a more agressive spark curve as well? *edit* one biggie, the WS6 is an LS1, not LT1
  3. the BOV looks like an EGR valve... hmmm. What is that BOV off of?
  4. as ugly as it, you have to give props to the creator for the amount of work that went into that. Might want to send that pic to http://www.ricehunters.com
  5. thanks for the reply. I'll be sure to check into the relays.
  6. I just picked up my Z from storage tonight and this is my first time driving it. I had it inspected and it did not pass the first time due to a lack of headlights. So I had the mechanic at my cousin's garage "fix" it and it seemed as if he did. It wasn't right, but it worked good enough. I had only parking lights when in the "low" position and had parking lights and low beams when in the "high" position. So I parked the car and turned it off when i got him, went inside and had some supper. I came back out to go meet up with some buddies and i had no headlights at all! In both the high and low positions i only have parking lights. I have not checked anything (not even fuses) but will be tomorrow. The only thing that i have touched the car is the battery, i replaced it with a new one. Is there anything that I could have done to mess up the headlights when changing the battery, are there any common problems that i am overlooking? Thanks for the help!
  7. Give the Moroso Sprial Core a try, cheap and alot quiter then the bullet. Flows pretty good, not as good as a straight pipe, but good enough. it should spool faster and pull harder up top.
  8. have you had any problems blowing IC hoses? We've always welded a bead around the end of each IC pipe to give the clamp and hose something to bite on to. edit: No blow off valve? how long do these compressors live without them?
  9. Is it too late for ideas? How about the 2000 Cobra R hood vent on the stock bulge? That would have a mean/clean look to it and will vent some hot air out.
  10. i love the fact that it is an auto.. but there is a third pedal there... It is a very nice car, but i would think at the level of detail the car is at that the speakers would be hidden better, not just out in the open.
  11. I paid 1k for mine. I am the second owner, and the car was always graged before me. Slight rust, but hey, It's a PA car...
  12. try an electric supply store. I know the ones around here have the big diameter pipes in 45^ and 90^ bends. I have not priced 3.5" but 3" is $15 per bend. Not a bad price at all.
  13. This one Is really clean, I believe this will be the way I go with my 260.
