  1. I usually work on the weekends too, maybe when it cools down some I'd go. Motors fine at the moment it was 713@24 on pump gas. I couldn't keep the T3 mount stable enough, so i built a grenade proof one.
  2. Yea they do the console too. its all dry, real stuff here not just pretty.
  3. need at least 10 for them to make LHD. Top stage composites.
  4. http://forums.hybridz.org/topic/96953-my-240-rb26-build/?p=1162477
  5. No its there, just hard to see.
  6. I think i would start by taking out those washers on the passenger side. My engine 2.70 degrees but you can tweak all these numbers, main thing is driveline angle which you can change on the differential too. For the angle of the engine i just tilted till the bottom of my oil pan was perpendicular to the frame.
  7. I don't think i have any pictures of it. The mickenny didn't bend but the leverage put on the stock mounting bolts bent the mounting locations. i took some rectangle tubing and came off my frame rails and went directly in line with the trans mounting bolt rather than what mckinley did. ( i understand why they did it trying to make a bolt on solution) but my r34 gtst trans is really heavy. probably would be fine with a rb20 trans.
  8. And a side note i would go ahead and reinforce the tranny mount cause mine bent to shit.
  9. Also you may have to shim the drivers side up a lot. the motor sits at a heavy slant. I think i have like 8 spacer washers under my driver side.
  10. Just take a string and wrap it around. Measure how long the string is and how many ribs it is, any parts store will have it.
  11. I don't have it pictured but i drilled and tapped the rear and front so i can do exactly that with some helms joints and a bar. T3 does have what they call a "Dog bone bar" or something like that which does the same thing, but slightly lower than the mustache bar if you look close you can see it in this picture, its black. I have 1/2" helms joints and 1" round aluminum bar I'm gonna use to make the bars.
  12. Your gonna love that snail with the stroker i bet. I would like to go sequential too, but can't justify it at the moment. keep us posted. Looks good man.
  13. Should be all set for a test drive when I get some free time.
  14. This one is very car specific, like .0020 thousands tolerances, thats why its been taking me so long, ha.
  15. Well, the mount is hella stout... still found some issues... That soon will be corrected...
  16. Test drive tomorrow, if all goes then off and paint or powder coat.
  17. Haven't had much time to work on it, but slowly making some progress. Turning out well i think. I decided not to make it all one piece, it will be 3 piece with a removable cross brace and i might put an adjustable helms on the rear part just cause i have some helms joints laying around.
  18. Some progress. Lots of milling to make the end caps but they turned out good i think. Heavy but rugged for sure.
  19. I ordered some block steel and some 1x2 thick wall tube. Im going to mill out new caps for the front (2" thick) and for the rear (1.5" thick) and then take off from those. basically what you did but coming off the LCA caps rather than the dogbone. the R230 is a little bit tighter fit.
  20. Im gonna whip up some caps kinda like this so i can make a super stout cradle.
  21. I don't have much room below, ill look into the cradle.
