mark
I'm interested in the larger rear spoiler also. I want parts in a time frame of weeks not months and would like some info on construction. If you can deliver those two requests, you will have quite a bit of business from this site.

Bartman
I searched on eBay for completed auctions and found one of his listings that didn't sell. Here's a link http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/240Z-260Z-Datsun-Carbon-fiber-spoiler-BRE-SCCA_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQcategoryZ33638QQitemZ8030932926QQrdZ1QQsspagenameZWDVW (not sure if the link will work or not). The bidding started at $250 with a buy it now price of $275. I could be wrong, but I'm thinking it's fiberglass covered with a layer of carbon fiber. 240hoke
I have always wanted to make a set of carbon front fender and a bolt on set of carbon rear fender (bolted or dzeus'd), in a "yz" style. I think it woudl look like pure sex. I dont know much about fiberglass work but it seems as if the mold for both would be relatively easy to make as there are no crazy curves or anything. Alas i wont have time to mess with carbon till i get out of school but i was wondering if you might make some thing along these lines. This is the rear fender style I love:

fazzt73
I want the rear tail. The bigger one....how much? And how will it mount? Terry i dont have pricing yet, the one in the pic is the plug it was volunteered by another zowner to build a mold. these will be a closed wing wich means that the bottom face that is in contact with the hatch will be the exact same shape of the hatch with studs coming out of it to bolt on the wing. this way you dont get gaps between the wing and the body. Thanks, Paulo.

fazzt73
ok ill try to answer some of your Q's. the airdam is for the 240/260 with holes for the corner lights the 280 version is going to follow. its a open molding process and a good one Joel that posted earlier and has one can tell more about weight and rigidity of the part. its made of CF and backed with FG cloth. i can make them full carbon but it will run you more and i think that the part will serve the same function. i have a couple in stock and i can make them within 1 week to ship, first come first served. Fiberglass version available. price to hybridz member is 250.00 plus shipping i take Paypal, shipping is around 50.00 trough FEDex to a BUSSINES address 100.00 to a home, another option is Greyhound Express around 30.00 but you pick up at the nearest bus station. remember the more i sell the more cool parts will be made for the Z!! Thanks, Paulo.

Bartman
It would be great to see a picture of one installed. I'd also like to hear from someone who's done an installation. I currently have a Kaminari front airdam, and one of the reasons I purchased it was because of the quality and fitment. I've heard that the other airdams frequently required modifications to make them fit properly.
