Gareth
I think I found something interesting... Two carburetted RBs. The orange car is the Rocky Auto S30, while the second one is probably a GC10 Hakosuka Skyline. Both engines look VERY nice in my opinion../. stony
Since the orignal 432 and gtr motors are hard to find and very expensive alot of the japanese are going that way for the looks.
Gareth
It seems logical this way. Frankly speaking, I find the carbed RB idea to be an ideal replacement for the aging L-gata motors. I'd love to build one such motor someday.

NZeder
hmm would love to see what headers these have.
jerryb
I think the idea is excellent but I doubt Id go with the carbs. Throttle bodies are the way to go. FI is much easier to tune, a lot more efficient and will make a smoother ride. Oh ya, if you insist on carbs...go mukuni! IMO I found them way easier to tune than that other brand. Saying that..the reason I went turbo/FI is because I wanted to learn something new....and I was tired of playing with carbs.
NZeder
You will see the C10 above has OER carbs - I have a set on my current 240z and they are just like the Mikuni's easy to set but with weber jets and other bits = easy to get jets/tubes etc I recommend these if looking for new carbs. I will be running my triple DCOE TB's on my RB N/A power zed when I get that far.

240Z_Master
Almost want to sell my Turbo setup for them ITBs and Header!
savageskaterkid
Why not triple carb bodies(ITB setup) and do a blowthrough setup? It'd still be FI, and have a very old school appeal, with modern FI and boost.
