PurePontiacKid Posted October 30, 2009 Share Posted October 30, 2009 Well, I went out to the junkyard today, and there was a 260Z out there, and when I opened the hood, the first thing I noticed was this little button on the side of the valve cover (the driver's side at the front, on the area that bulges out for the cam gear): Now, I made this thread to see if anyone knew what this little button means? is it just something someone just stuck on there, or is it something special? I went to get a head off a S130 one time & they wanted to charge me $450nzd for it if they pulled it off. So I went ahead and started pulling it off myself and took the intake & injectors, went up to pay and it was a different guy, so I said "some other guy said I could get all this for $150" Think I'm gonna pay $450 for a damn head that is in unknown (likely needing work) condition?
