  2. You could also do the bolts like Zhadman did, he bolted his street flares on, I liked that idea.
  3. Correction Joel! Those are MSA street flares.
  4. What do those gauges in the door panel do?
  5. Another thing is man they want alot for those lots! 30-45k for a few acre where Hawks Hill is at is alot, land usually sales $500-2k an acre in that area.
  6. Actually I was talking about making high power with a Chinese core, but anyways, did that Modified_85 guy cut his radiator cross member?
  7. Yes I know that, but you see the part that says post 18? I was talking about the s2000, that is not a treadstone intercooler.
  8. I was not saying it was end all proof, just saying that guy seems to be making some great power with his Chinese core. I will dig up the thread about the pressure drop, im pretty sure it was on this board, maybe on another one I frequent, but I will get it for you. I really wish someone would do some testing to end this debate.
  9. Lol i have been there! Lenoir is my hometown. That website is very generous to that place. Most of those pictures seem older, its kind of looking run down the last time I was there. Most people that live there are purists for whatever cars they drive. There was an old lady with a 77 280z that lives there, she just sold it on ebay. Actually Mikelly was making fun of the car because she listed it as "near concurs" with its rust problems and all, lol.
  10. Post 18 http://forums.hybridz.org/showthread.php?p=747024#post747024 There was a thread where a member did a pressure drop test on the Chinese cores, same pressure drop as a name brand unit. You can go ahead any pay a grand for a name brand core if its lets you sleep better at night. But until I see some dyno numbers saying that dont work just as well or near as well, I will still use them.
  11. That bar is a bumper over-rider, I dont think you can buy those anymore.
  12. Also interested in the plans, thanks.
  13. yep, that spoiler has been around for awhile, and yes! MSA does have it! http://www.thezstore.com/page/TZS/PROD/7AD1/50-1522 Less than 100 bones, sounds cheap.
  14. I say buy the treadstone, they are cheaper than having one made and the ones I have seen made locally look like crap.
  15. I like the one that makes the most hp
  16. Twice the smoke when it has the same (if not more) hp and tq as your v8? HAHAHAHAH Just messin with ya Bill, always love ur car! P.s. i have 6 beers in me
  17. PM 280zforce or 240Hoke, they come up on ebay now and then.
  18. IMO those cores seem pretty high. Its been said several times that these Chiwain cores are just as good. I also have an 87 z31t and I plan on getting a treadstone core like 240hoke just picked up to IC it. It has both inlets on the same side and from my reading on z31.com this is more favorable for space reasons. I say get a treadstone core like Hokes and you will be good. Oh and as for that piping that comes with that first core, its probably junk. Hoke picked some up and had problems trying to weld it.
  19. I found it on a jeep forum, basically they got stuck and couldnt come back to get it out. A shifting river bed finished the rest.
  20. Since we are talking about compressors, how do you guys feel about these two? Will this first one be enough or should i go ahead and get the 2nd, bigger one? http://www.northerntool.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/product_6970_158284_158284 http://www.northerntool.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/product_6970_211720_211720
