Its called following the flow of traffic. You can get a ticket if you drive 5 or more below the speed limit if the flow is about 85. Its called restricting traffic. Kind of a oxymoron. There was an interesting vid a while back that had a bunch of college students driving side by side, going the speed limit on the freeway.Lets just say, there are some insanely scary drivers on the roads.

I have a 240Z door (I think its 240Z) that I already have gutted. Just the door is like 10-15bls. I want to use that, but I don't think the window stuff I have will fit properly with it. Latch design is the same though. Any body know if the window crap from the heavy early 280Z latch design doors will work on a 240Z door?

Its not that the metal is thin, it what you might find under all that. Rust, gobs of bondo, ect. Sand blasting can insure that you get most of the easily accessible rust off. make sure that they use media that can be easily removed like soda blasting media or walnut shell media. Having silica or slag media floating around when you're painting isn't a good thing.

So do the seats really do weigh 40lbs each? Just curious, because my F150 seat weighs just about that much and thats OEM. I don't think that any aftermarket seat manufacturer would use that much metal for one seat.

I think its how rare they are in japan now (I think). Also stupidity and dedication come into play . Fixing dents is easier than fixing rust (to a point). Plus its an anime. Fictional (story wise).

My scooter . Honda Monkey bike Z50 49cc. its strange though. I see the same engine design on those mini bikes all over the place. Makes me think that honda sold the engine designs a while ago. But good place to get parts from but not multi speed tranny on those .

Thats the reason why I just stopped driving my jeep. $95 a tank, my a$$. It use to be about $55 the same time last year IIRC (or might have been the year before:p). I walk when ever I can. My theory is that the US dollar is tanking (hasn't tanked yet). If you look at gold and the value of it in different currencies, you can get a pretty good view of where we sit. the value of gold is pretty consistent in the world market place. Same with oil, but not AS consistent.

Boosting octane doesn't mean anything if your engine can't utilize it. Its like putting premium in a just unleaded car. doesn't really do much. My 06 civic actually runs rougher with premium and fuel mileage goes down. Bolt a horse to yours, then you'll be up +1 HP

Main reason for the added metal is mostly for orientation. the front is crooked. Main reason I'm chopping the front. SFC are rotted through too, and has already disconnected (stepped throught the rotted floor on accident). So I can't garrentee that the cabin is entirely straight. So the outer parts pf the SFC of the frame will be guided by the pinch welds at the bottom of the rockers (well in theory). After that then I don't have to worry about wending the floors and then finding out that the cabin isn't straight.

Gloss black it is Primer isn't needed? I find that there is a texture difference in the areas transitioning from metal to body filler when applying paint. Can this be finish sanded to be even?

The "Dash bar" as you so call it, isn't located inside the cabin. It's mounted against the firewall.The WHOLE floor has to be cut out anyways so Building "around a box" won't be necessary, and I'm short . Plus I have to replace a 1/3 of the firewall on the pass side. I'm going to be building this off chassis, so I can be assured that this will be straight. But yes, I think just a simple box would be easier. I'm going to be using a KA24DE so weight isn't really an issue. I'm going off of 74_5.0L_Z design, somewhat. But looking at his pics some more. I think I h=need to add a little more tubing around the strut area.

Now. Even though its free shipping (Being in Alaska, I don't ever expect shipping to ever be free) Shipping is only $14 for FedEX. The description does concern me though. "Fits either driver or passenger side." Implying One seat. But title of item says "seats" I'm kinda warry about these kind of things, because of being so far from everything else. These kinda of adverts kinda confuse me. Why not just advertise pair of seats $159.99? Oh well. I'm still gonna buy them. Weigth doesn't really concern me. 240swapped, did you black fade? I'm thinking of getting the all black ones or maybe the grey.
