  1. The top speed on it was already established. Car and driver did it sometime last year, in about june or july.
  2. I have a feeling that those won't be as bright, distance wise.
  3. Cut the rear fenders. The deck lid (trunk plate, bottom) Glass. Lights. Headliner. carpet if still good. This is if you intend to sell and not use.
  4. What engine is the 4cyl one for. Might want one for the KA. Is it possible to have a cast style etching to the finish?
  5. I consider this as not "while I'm at it" kind of thing. Its a safety and preventative maintainence type of thing. The wires are probably getting hot due to age and corrosion. The corrosion causes resistance which causes heat. I vote on replacing the harness, But might want to keep the connectors. Its best to do this right the first time.
  6. Hmmm. Interesting. I might try to do something like that, but not quite as wide. How are going to widen the front fenders? The head lights are going to be the main problem. I have an idea but Its hard to explain. I'll draw up something and post it later
  7. I usually use some resin to mat it down and sand. Either that or razor.
  8. Rack is the only part that you can't switch over. The steering COLUM is the same between LHD and RHD and you don't flip it upside down.
  9. Just links are fine with me. It keep the traffic on here down a little. It takes a couple of seconds for this site to load for me because of all the members on here viewing everything.
  10. 60 grit with a circular sanding/buffing wheel I use a sponge and double sided 3m outdoor tape between the wheel and the sandpaper. It helps conform to concave shapes.
  11. Or you can cut the element out of the clogged cat and weld it back up
  12. Isuzu gemini. Lol RWD http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=3688185030664621355
  13. I ask because I want to be clear and which direction I should go as far as engine managment goes. I don't want to find out that I need to take out the EMS after I I have inspections done to have it road worthy. BTW my setup I'm thinking about running is: ka24de (stock) a turbo of some sort. FMIC 370 cc injectors custom exhaust/ manifold everything else is pretty much stock
  14. 3M double sided adhesive tape. (outdoor) Its 1/32" thick with a clear gel consistency with a red plastic backing. Like $5 at Lowes or Home depot, But I don't like the idea of having a body panel being held on by JUST adhesive. Might want to find a way to screw it in on th e ends , on the lip of the wheel arch somewhere.
  15. pre-85 Isuzu gemini aka. isuzu opel/ buick opel. rwd. and think its fairly cheap. Probably best bet for under $500
  16. I'll take a shot at it, but I'm no means an expert.
  17. Well there are people like that in the world. I say, you deal with your business and I deal with mine. If opinions are needed. Then they will be given, but trying to make someone view ONLY your side is just stupid. Its not like I'm building his car. SO why even bother. Well thats just my view point. I quit going to zcar a while ago. Basically the whole site format.
  18. when it was posted here before, it was walmart.
  19. Hey. I was thinking. Would a s13 rack to work on a 280zx. Isn't the stock rack loacated located behind the xmember?
  20. Skunk works . the F117 is made of thermal plastic (backed CF). Ferrari and Lamborgini don't even have ovens big enough. they make theres in components.
  21. yeah it was posted like some time mid- last year.
  22. All that work/time and thats all you have to show for it. Not worth it if you ask me, rather watch a movie and sleep.
