I don't plan on doing many performance mods beyond bolt ons before I can afford an sbc swap. I just plan on driving it and enjoying it!!! (Like juan said)

Finally! Some feedback I wanna hear! LOL. Its a 2 seater. I kind of wanted a 2+2 but don't really care in all reality. It has a new timing belt btw

So its official. I'm almost definetly buying it. It has a grand total of maybe 2 square inches of rust. Everything works. Needs exhaust, new AC computer. Comes with hundreds of dollars in useable spare parts. Ttops have the shades. Nothing leaks. The sound system is very decent and already pre wired for amp/subs. (I'll probably only use one 12" sub and a small amp. Not much of a boomboom bass guy) It has a brand new cd player, 6" pioneers. New camshaft seals. New timing belt. New k&n filter. Newish clutch. It does have the upgraded fuel injectors and auxillary cooling fan..so it won't set fire. Its not terribly quick. Maybe one day I'll scrounge up enough cashflow to do the turbo swap...maybe even an sbc!! But for now I need something that's reliable and doesn't choke me with fumes. And that my girlfriend will like. Haha! Anywho. Anyone want a turbo s130?

LOL You might be able to buy 1/4th of an rb26dett powered z. sure! hey J. get to cuttin! HA seriously lewis. you're crazy if you think you're buying an rb powered ANYTHING for that matter. I've seen exhausts for that car sell for over a grand. Save up. Save a lottttttt up.

hey thanks man! I don't know why they're considered the ugly duckling i've always liked them! I doubt I can afford a turbo swap any time soon. But certainly some "bolt ons"! and you never updated us on your car!

link still keeping my s130 turbo. for now. hehe. I'm going to go check it out saturday. the description sounds pretty good. she says "only needs a cat replaced". HAHA. who needs cats? girls are silly. anywho, what should I look out for? I've never owned a z31 before. quoted description: Burgandy 1986 V6 Nissan 300zx. Price is negotiable!!! I have recently re-done the interior, looks almost brand new! New seals around doors, t-tops, and windows: no leaks. Manual transmission, less than 103,000 miles. New cd player. Includes some spare parts, email me for a list (there are too many to list here). I would be willing to include the amp and two 12"s that I had in the car for an extra price. The catalytic converter needs to be replaced, it is a very recent problem and was running great before. Still runs but gets grumpy if the RPMs get too high (that will, once again, be solved by replacing the cat.)Its a great little car that needs a little bit of work to be perfect. Performance is great, handles like its on rails! I love this little car, hate to get rid of it but I moved and can't have two cars anymore =( Email me with any questions!

SWEET! Has anyone else ever done this swap? I'd imagine its bad on weight distribution. But waaay cool on the awesomeness factor.

That thing is badassed! Cheap looking taillights or not, I love it! Does need some wider wheels and tires, but I still like it a lot!

EBAY IT!! Set the starting bid at a moderate price , maybe 600, and if it doesn't go up to a decent number that you'd sell it for, you can cancel the auction and there's no harm done!

I personally love the sr20 swap! I'm tempted to do it myself! The only thing is...the f&f and drifting crazes have made sr20's waaaay too expensive. Good luck on your car and I can't wait to see the "finished"(like we're ever done!!) product!

We were talking about this saturday @ sez. It really seems the KA tranny is the best option as there are so manylying around in junkyards, garages, etc. And the Z32 kit is toooo expensive. Gabe said he'd much quicker go 7MGTE than paying for a z32 tranny!
