  1. Yuo Kids! Always looking for reason to party!! Happy B-Day Mike.
  2. I like it! Does the white part replace the rear bumper?
  3. RHD! I love it. Details please!
  4. Cool. If you want to use it in the twisties you will need to stiffen the chassis. The top removal will tend to make it flex a lot.
  5. Probably wouldn't be so broke if you didn't have the girlfriend! LOL
  6. You can probably buy anything you need at the local muffler shop.
  7. GM V-16 industrial/truck engine 50-60's vintage
  8. Mine are: 1. 427 Cobra 2. 67 427 Stingray 3. 69 Hemicuda 4. Early Lamborgini Muira 5. Jaguar XKE
  9. The trouble with luck is that it eventually ends. In this case probably tragically.
  10. Hey fella's, you can get all kinds of neat aircraft stuff at http://www.aircraftspruce.com/ and the prices are not bad at all! John
  11. Primary job is to keep dirt and moisture away from the piston. It has another sael inside that takes care of sealing the piston. You could assemble the caliper without the bellows but when it comes time to replace the pads you may have to dissasemble the caliper to make sure the piston is clean. If the piston is dirty, when you retract it it may damage the inner seal, causing leaks. Hope this helps!
  12. Grumpy, If you dont mind used stuff, look for business liquidation auctions. They will sell their stuff for pennies on the dollar and it is usually good HD stuff.
  13. Where is it coming from? What gear? Info please.
  14. It seems odd that you could assemble the rear end with that much potential play in the ring gear bolts. you would be totally relying on the clamping force to hold the ring gear. wouldn't the shear resistance of the bolts make it much less likely to fail?
  15. Wow, Really? I don't know that my instincts would allow me to not use bushings!
  16. I have a VLSD from an infinity that I want to put into a long nose R200 case. As I understand it the later VLSD uses larger ring gear bolts than my "76" long nose ring gear. What do you guys use as bushings to allow the use of the early ring gear with the late model Diff. carrier? Will this work with good reliability? Thanks! John
  17. It may not be the trany pan that is leaking! Check the shift shaft seal and servo covers for seepage. Front pump gasket or seal may also cause what you describe.
  18. Who made the flares? I want some!!!
  19. Welcome to hybridz! Be carefull over there.

I was going to resell the trany. I am going to use a T56. I wondered if there was any money to be made in the sale of the 2004R. I would have to pay $100 for it.
