  3. I am indeed. I believe i had this problem before adding that to my tune. I could be wrong though and i will test this tomorrow.

  5. My car got pretty badly damaged..adjuster is telling me most likely a total. Not 100% sure but if anyone has a decent shell in the dfw area let me know..low budget ., i have z parts too.. Would consider a S130 (t - tops a must!)

  7. So do I emerald... its always something going on with the Z . Just yesterday a person ran their light causing me to lock my breaks and swerve to avoid them.. and I broke both my front lower ball joints.
  8. I took the heat shield out of the tranny tunnel that goes over where the catalytic converter used to sit (I have a custom exhaust).. thinking maybe that would help along with the other suggestions. Still going to do the data log to make sure.

  10. I know you are clearly asking for the conversion to linkage, but have you considered going to a throttle cable? Its so easy, would take 30 minutes tops. Took me and my dad about that with us bitching at each other.
  11. I have a simple 2.2 set up for fuel only. When tuning, lets say im at 30 KPA and 3k RPM, ill get it dialed into a nice 13.5-14.0 AFR. Later I come back to this cell in the VE table, but im running insanely lean! Like 16-17! This is under the same conditions.. Is there something I'm doing wrong that is causing this?
  12. Cowtown z meet was fun, only a few showed up but man does an all original 77 280z look SWEET. Tommy'z 2+2 zx sounded nasty. Got to actually tune a little tonight, after fiddling some, I got it pretty decent, although the VE table looks retarded. Its completely linear.. yet runs well.
  13. Thanks, this new engine has been such a blast. I have a little bleeder valve hooked up to go up to 6 psi, because its too small. I want to run 8-10 psi on the street until im intercooled.

  16. Fixed wastegate, there was something stopping it up. 5 psi feels too tame, going to bump up to 8-10. tried to do some 0-60 pulls but ground was so wet that I wouldn't stop spinning tires till 3rd gear.. I did get 60-90 in 7 seconds, but thats only at 5 psi...
  17. Mystery solved. Wastgate hose was blocked...lol 5 psi just don't cut it though.

  20. I have a stock T3 turbo, with stock wastegate. In fifth gear I'll overboost all the way to 14 psi. I have not inspected my wastegate. I plan on pulling it off tonight to see if there are any cracks or anything. I have a 3 inch exhaust from the stock downpipe and a straight through magnaflow muffler. Is this a common problem? I've seen posts on the internet about it, but nothing on hybridz.
