  3. If I can miraculously (did I spell that right) get out of my Fluid Mechanics 2 lab on Thursday, then I think I will go. But I am 99.98% sure I will be staying here.
  4. I think it was great that he made him get back to the showers. I also like how Goodell is showing that he is not going to take any more crap from the thugs of football. Make those players earn their millions of dollars.
  5. How about... free Taco http://mlb.mlb.com/mlb/fan_forum/tacobell/ and a Free Dr Pepper, I can't find the link on that. Maker's Mark or Wild Turkey?
  6. Alec and I are going to attempt to break that tomorrow with my 1976 280z! We have a head start and the radiator, intake manifold, and fuel rail are all disconnected!
  7. Good stories, I'm sure we will get a lot of these. I had a report to turn in one day but my household stapler was out of staples. I got to class, and no one had a stapler. So I went out to the hall and took one off of a poster and pushed it through my sheets, and voila! a stapled report! Does that count?
  8. Awesome car. I've been there for a couple of shows and race days. My Dad lives in Bradenton, FL.
  9. This might be a repost, but I think it's hilarious. Theres also a BMW version
  10. Are you using 280z tank straps/bolts or 240z tank straps/bolts? I believe the 280z straps/bolts are longer, and might be a factor. I am by no means an expert on this since I haven't swapped my 280z tank into my early 260z yet.
  11. Wow, you really do have a lot of transmission parts. Awesome finished products! I wish I had a welder.
  12. I almost went a couple years ago, but I can't forget why I didn't. Maybe next year..
  13. I've got a great 76 280z, but no one in California wants one. Probably because of the emissions laws.
  14. I think I just threw up in my mouth a little bit.
  15. That looks very cool. Shadow looks a little off, but either way, much better than I could do!
  16. My first time that I ever went was horrible, ran about .6 s slower than most people were with my mods. The 2nd time I went I lowered the tire pressure a bit and also had my nerves calm, and ran .4 s faster. The launch has a huge affect. I reduced my tire spin a lot, and only got better and more consistent. Next time take a little more pressure out of the tires, and try a couple of different launches, also go on the 2nd green.
  17. Why are there 4 pedals? Beautiful car!
  18. This thread is giving me ideas of what to do with my old L26 if I don't sell it...
  19. I don't have a picture of it yet, but Alec and I just powdercoated a friends' table legs. The legs are 2 rotors connected by a steel pipe, then a rim is placed on top, then a piece of glass on that for a coffee table. Heres a pic of the legs.
  20. Wow, I can't wait to get my own house! Great job. Love the pool table.
  21. Ya, Chuck is of course there. If you're talking about Jason in sales, yes he's still there. Luka is the engineer there, he's my boss. Jason and Luka are both on my softball team. And, ya the other people I don't know.
  22. I am a full time student. I also intern at Maximum Motorsports: The Leader in Mustang Performance Supensions, and work weekends at Banana Republic, and have my own Powder Coating side jobs with Alec, and work on both of our Z's. Oh, and I still have a girlfriend..
  23. I'm located in San Luis Obispo. What kind of stuff are you planning on swapping into it?
