    ive read alot of s13/14 conversions onto s30's, but not one on a z31, i would imagine it would almost be the same way to install...

    i was thinking on putting the entire s13 rear suspension onto my z31, just an idea i have floating in my head, maybe someone can explain this in detail to me, just need a late night fix..

    i drove a l28 with a BAD rod knock and a dead cylinder 100 miles home, then another 50 miles to its final destination without any problems..

    yea, the later the years, the more lighter and basic they become, but aerodynamics where hugely advanced in the earlier ones, the front ends get REALLY light past 80, but you can barely start to feel it in a 79-83 zx, until your doing like 120..

    my 81 280zx N/A weighed in at 28xx pounds removed PS, all spare tire componets, everything heater related, removed wipers, all emisions crap, some vacuum crap...etc

    it was an SUV that hit me, the fender wells are strait and not wrinkled, the big metal tube behind the bumper took almost all of the damage, ill go to the impound and get some pics of the damaged parts, but mostly the rad support and bumper re-inforcment took ALOT of the damage.

    what the hell is a strut top? i have a complete front and rear suspension assembly for a 280z..

    got in a wreck a couple days ago and it pushed the rad. support to the front of the motor, luckily i have an electric fan so it took the blow, now the hood and both fenders along with the entire front bumper, airbags and ECU need replaced, but my question is, is it as simple as cutting the old one off, square everything up and welding a new one in??

    damnit im chocking on a piece of plastic!! my freind did a lane change on a bike under a semi once, it worked, but its a tight fit..
