imo, get tires unmounted, and sell rims separately. I shipped 4 15x7 rims from CA to AZ, and it cost me ~32 i think

i put the autopower rollbar i got from jmortensen, and holy crap, HUGE improvement in rear stability and chassis flex. I can only imagine what a rollcage would do. in short, yes. be sure it's welded in properly though -

basically, it's how the 240z cars were rated: in SAE gross hp, not counting anything attached to pulleys. now cars in the US are rated in net, with all smog accessories, and auxilliary accessories installed

oh yeah, what popnwood said about the brakes... the 73 car has two prop valves vs. 1 for earlier models.

71 has a different head, possibly different transmission. the 71 also has provisioning for angled rear halfshafts (before it got fixed)... those are some changes i can think of that you'd see in the 73 manual. different carbs too (roundtop su vs. flattop su for 73) different bumper mounts too.
