Yes, with a bit more detail.... Ive discussed this before. You remove the 12mm nut off your stock TB, pull off the linkage (its the part with the ball on it)
Now take the 240sx throttle body, hopefully you got one off a single cam (KA24E) and without cruise control. Remove 12mm nut, remover outter spring, without removing inner spring (you will have to cut a plastic spacer/flange inbetween the springs) Install old linkage pointing in the same direction. install 12mm nut. Done, wasnt that easy?
If you have the throttle body from a KA24DE (twin cam) you will need to do some dremel work to your linkage, its no big deal, just a bit of a hassle. You can tell if you have the KA24DE throttle body, the nut on the shaft is 14mm rather than 12mm. If you have a cruise control throttle body, you will need a 8mm x 1 die nut to cut threads. Basically follow the normal steps, but you need to thread the shaft farther down. You will also have to cut part of the shaft off AFTER threading it. Also there is a small peg that needs to be cut down. No big deal.
