  1. I saw that on some show a few weeks ago!
  2. I would have dumped that transmission on the floor and walked out. How the heck did the price jump all of the sudden?
  3. Good ole VW guys. I was going to post up about the rabbit tilters if they had not already been mentioned.
  4. I personally think its fun. Ive done a few events back in 04-05ish. I totally agree with the rolling down the hill analogy! I think they (FD) lack the structure (volunteers, club scructure, knowlagable staff, consitent rules) to have any sort of longevity. Short term, I think they will get what they want out of it, long term I cant really guess. I dont mind how it is now around here. We have an event every month or so at the local circle track. They are usually on friday nights and go pretty late into the night. I usually volunteer. I have fun flagging and re-setting up cones. What I find strange is no one else really volunteers for the events. A lot of drivers are driving AND doing whatever they can to help the event run smoothly.
  5. Thats pretty cool. I get to see straight 8's every day... none are modded though!
  6. I thought it was going to be a lifted ford truck lol. Also a place where the term highboy is used 8) There is this VG powered rod too... http://forums.hybridz.org/showthread.php?t=116127&highlight=alf

  11. hrm, the one I was thinking of was opposite... cant find a better picture of the other one
  12. There are a few S13's around here with that paint scheme. Doesnt look too bad.
  13. Yeah, couldnt deposit my paycheck after that.... seriously. I couldnt believe it
  14. In that picture there are just some aluminum spacers in place of the struts for rolling around. The stock spring perch is still in there, so normal standard spring/strut combos should work fine. The Z31 hubs are 19mm 'wider' than the stock hubs, so it effectivly turned made the wheel fit like a 16x8 ET0 on stock hubs. The rears would require some fender rolling or flares to fit correctly. (with the 9" rims anyways)
  15. I never actually 'ran' them. but they got test fit those are the 16x8 et18 (iirc) front wheels on the front. Z31 hubs holding them on in the pic.
  16. I think there should be some test fitting pics in my photo album here. They are a good looking wheel on the Z.
  17. It makes sence to me, in theory. However everyone else is correct on the Z you bottom out the strut tube before you get ultra low.
  18. The guys at twinline are awesome! I went on a ride with them in summer of 07.
