Tekken is a girls' game. You could be the Tekken king, and any 9 year old could walk up and slap buttons and get lucky. Virtua Fighter 2 and up are a man's challenge! Aux, you need to make sure it has Arkanoid! Also Dragon's Lair and Space Ace!

"You don't use the mouth! In America, women use the mouth!" "You are my favorite Buddha call..." Classic...my wife is Indian, I was cracking up the whole time! Sparks, you need to check this out too! Did you listen to Part 2? Both guys were all "How is this possible? How are you on the line with this man?"

I'm not that old school, my first online gaming came from direct modem to modem Deathmatching in Doom II.

Which spoiler works best?

I believe they are talking about putting a plate from the top of the air dam to the lower radiator support, so that the air won't go over the lower front of the valence to the bottom of the car. here is a pic of Bjhine's front end (sorry BJ, I took it from post you did on a thread about doing this mod, hope you don't mind) to show what I'm pretty sure we are talking about: from this thread:http://forums.hybridz.org/showthread.php?t=110222&highlight=front+air+dam -
TonyD, would you want more, or less air pressure in the fuel bowl under boost? Do you need air pressure at all, or could you get away with just running an FMU and a block off in the overflow? What about using two supplemental injectors on a hobbs switch right behind the carbs, and leaving the rest normal? OTM, there are SU needle size calculators all over the net, the problem would just be finding a source for them. The Mini Cooper guys have a lot of resources, but I hear that the Japanese made SUs aren't exactly compatible with the British made ones...
-
My SUs have a little overflow hose fitting in the top of the float bowls, I was thinking that if you pressurize them using a boost reference line sourced off whatever you are using as a plenum, it should keep the fuel from backing out of the bowls under boost...I'm no SU expert either, I always thought that the fuel enrichment on those was controlled by the slope of the needle, something like every 1/8" equalled 500rpm of engine operation or something like that. Shouldn't you be able to fiddle with the needle specs to get the enrichment curve you need? I spoke to a guy on the phone at a place that does turbo Mini's using a single Jaguar SU (2" inlet instead of 1 3/4" like on the Z), and they said they just bolt them on as is and slap the turbo on, but I didn'tthink to ask him if they were draw through or blow through at the time...In retrospect they were probably draw through...I'm very curious about this mystery car that phantaz found, because I've never heard of SUs being run this way. If it were as easy as all that, or worked as well as all that, I imagine it would have been done more often...

That whale tail really looks wierd on that Pantera hatch. How come nobody actually uses a pantera style spoiler on that hatch?

You could do a leprechaun...or if you were feeling ambitious, THE leprechaun from the movie...I tell you, the list of possibilities is endless. -
Honda B series isn't a bad idea really. That would be the ultimate rub it in your face swap for purists of all kinds. But only if you boost it. Honda guys would hate you, datsun guys would hate you, v-8 guys would scratch their heads...it would be awesome! g-force makes a reverse rotation 5 speed tranny that would allow you to run that engine in RWD configuration using a standard differential. http://www.gforcetransmissions.com/tran_gf5r-rev.asp Then see the guys at: http://www.full-race.com/catalog/index.php?cPath=24_143_507 for your 800hp turbo kit. You'll be all set.

I used to have those wheels... What's amazing is how clean that back half is, I wonder if the front was in that good of shape before they gave it the axe? Kinda looks like Jmortensen's car from the back... -

It would have to be Xbox green, or it wouldn't look right. the difficulty in this one is going to be taping off the blood so it looks natural. It would almost be easier to just get a bucket of paint and splash it on. that would probably be too thick though. -

Corpcrim, I like the new idea. I was super close to doing a wildstyle graffiti graphic on the Z, just never got around to planning it out. OTM, here it is. The beauty of this idea is that it allows you to maintain the overall scheme you are already using, you just need to add.....THIS! In case you can't really make it out, what you are looking at is the chalk outline and blood smear of the alien that OTM ran over last week (this incident did not actually occur, but that is the back story, just go with it). If you so desire, you can change the green blood to red, and use an outline of a deer, annoying neighbor, whatever. It's the thought that counts. I expect your roll pan to say: "Veritech-z rocks my socks!" I'll post the design for the font later, so you can print it and make a stencil... -
You guys know this thread is a year old, right? Right above your screen name in the post it tells you when the last post date was...

If you need any paint ideas, there are some sweet ones floating around the body/paint section right about now...I think it would be cool if you did a two tone, and reversed it on the sister car (like how Jun Auto Mechanic does the Hyper Lemon drag cars and the Hyper Lime street cars). How exactly the colors would be seperated I don't have a suggestion as of yet...

Don't worry, he's in ATL. But the point of this paint job is that it needs to be on the cheap, so if your guy isn't doing it for free, then...?I've got the best idea ever, I'll post it here shortly after I draw it up...everybody hold your breath! -

That's it exactly, except mine would have a tiger mouth on the fender, and I was going to do a fender exit exhaust as well to complete the look. I thought a V8 with a blower like J&J's would be dope if the pulley had a little chain gun barrel detail on a car like that... -
Nissan had a neat metallic olive color on the late 90's sentra for awhile, also it was on the pathfinders from around the same time. I thought about that color for a long time.

I wanted to rivet thin aluminum sheet down in sections all over the car and polish it like WWII airplanes, but I didn't want to worry about what that would do to the original metal, and it would probably leak like the dickens... -
Sissy I've now got Camo wheels on the car (but the tires are way too low profile, but they are brand new, and were free) and a camo Datsun hood emblem. Who wants to touch me? Oh yeah, my megasquirt is camo, but it's not running yet so it doesn't count.
