ok so i was driving down the road talking on my cell phone when to my surprise my clutch pedal falls to the floor then loses pressure and then when i get clutch pedal back all i have a crazy amount of travel BUT the clutch still engages.... anyways troubleshooting is already done and i figured out that the bolt that the clutch fork clamps to is sheared off?!!! so my question is where in the heck would i get a replacement? here are some pics This is what is should look like (kinda) What it looks like Where the bolt goes on the trans...

cool i can see how hard the steering could get with wider tires up front and all the upgrades you were talking about

ok so i really have a question about this.... what are the benefits from switching from the stock steering rack to a different setup AND if other setups exist how easy are they to install and do they bolt right up... i keep seeing threads about steering racks but i haven't really seen anything that seemed worth all work put into it

yeah it looks like it sat for a while just on that left side b/c you can see that it is warped.... i have that same air damn on my 280 without a bumper... but yeah it does seem to look as if it is warped

so i went ahead and bought these brackets for 90$ and i guess datsunspirit had a mixup with their payment system so i actually ended up getting back 15$ so i guess the price didn't go up... my bad

so did any of you guys ever finish photoshoping the pics? i wish i had photoshop cuz i really want to see what it would look like

ok so i know alot of you guys might already know this BUT some of you guys might not... if you go to http://www.datsunspirit.com they actually sell the bracketry for the back bumper and rubber plugs to fill in the hole under where the bumper will go... check it out...... the brackets USED to be $80.00 now they are 95$ so i think i might just go ahead and buy some 2night b4 they go up again..

wow that looks pretty damn good.... i wonder what it would have looked like if you would have brought the rear in an inch closer for a more rounded off look that would keep more with the cars original lines... but it looks really nice and i can't wait to see what it looks like when it gets done

yeah guys i was wondering what it would look like with the type 3 bumper being a little more flush.... or with the existing bumper piece cut off and having the 240z style bumper on it witht the type 3 bumper acting like a spoiler

i'm not sure what kind of wheels they are but i know msa sells a set that are pretty close.... oh yeah and they are 18's

i like the was that the type three bumper is designed except fpr the front bumper i kinda wish that is was designed so that the 240z style "shorty bumper could be used with it or better yet i wish the little fake bumper that they put in it didn't come out so much.. why didn't they just give it a TRUE modern look and make it sit a little more flush with the car... but anyways check out these pics and maybe someone is good with photoshop and can hook it up with a rendering but i think i'd be willing to buy it and mod it if i only knew what it would look like... i'm not sure whose car this is but it is pretty tight and o hope he doesn't mind

no i didn't know they were fake..... good to know though... BUT now i know they are fake i was wondering if this seats are even worth 373 dollars... i mean any pair of decent seats are worth 373 dollars.. i guess... i mean megan racing has some racing seats also.. i'm just checking out my options wonder if any of you guys have any seats

so i was wondering something because its been on the tip of my mind for a long time now... so i've heard that the s13 240sx with 4 lug wheels will fit the s30 and s130 z's... the reason why this is such a big deal to me is because there are wheel and tire packages for s13 240sx's that are cheaper and look just as good as the wheels that msa sells plus there are WAY more brands to choose from.... so i was just wondering if anyone knows for sure if the 240sx wheels/offset/and all that other good stuff is the same, if so i think i might have stumbled on a gold mine and i'm going to order some rims/tires next paycheck

for some reason i don't think that is a z interior it looks kinda small around the transmission tunnel area.. but i might be wrong i don't know

i'm not really a fan of big huge spoilers on the s30's but i kinda think that this spoiler might not look too bad but the only picture this guy has is really small i wonder if any of you guys have that spoiler? with pics maybe that you can post

not my car but check it out i have a picture of a guy who did his whole interior in a wholemodern look... i mean it really looks like a newer style car on the inside but i can't find the pictures if i can i'll post them later

i don't know if you saw my post a couple of threads down but i installed the tokico springs and shocks..... i did the fronts with a spring compressor and i'm pretty sure that you can do the shocks and springs w/o a spring compressor but dude its so much easier is you use one and i don't know why i was so intimidated by changing them b4 its really easy to do... the only hard part was that i couldn't get my tierods out.. beides that its pretty easy

i think the reason why the shipping is so much is because thats how many of the vendors on ebay make most of their money... they sell products at a low price so that ebay only takes a small percentage out and then they charge an arm and a leg for shipping (which mostly goes into their pockets) but about the whole hid setup thing... i'm pretty sure they would work but because the way the actual headlight housing is designed it would reflect light all over the place so i would give you that "crisp" hid look you see with most stock cars.. maybe if you took the front lens off and painted the reflective surface black and left the projector alone it might not look too bad.. there are 7" round hid kits out there but there is only one that i would think about putting on my car... i'll post a pic at the end... i was just wondering whether or not just having a clear lens would make a difference both of these are bixenon headlamps and they last one is the style i want but they aren't projectors which is the way to go in my opinion b/c of the clean light output BUT the first light style looks so WHACK to me and it might look good if it was modified but the way it is for a thousand bucks it just doesn't do it for me here's the websight http://www.xesighting.com/products_detail.asp?nav=1&cat=1&prod=93
