    Is it a Dyno-Jet? or? I'm gonna be the odd ball and say 330rwhp. That'd still be about a 400hp motor I would imagine.

    Ah, gotcha. I've been eying that pan as well, although right now I have very few ways to justify it. I'll probably be looking into that more though once I get her lowered a bit. I've already blown one engine up due to oil... lol! (at the same time I was working at a lube shop of all things) I actually didn't know the pans were different though for some reason. Makes sense. probably just a L24vs L26 vs L28 thing eh?

    Yeah. More than anything i just wanted the picture, and to share the laughs! It just turned out so RICE that i can't even stand it. Gonna paint over it probably tonight.

    No idea. I think someone in a parking lot nicked it. Or maybe a good sized rock flew into it. I just touched it up with some leftover paint. Still unsure about how I'm going to fix/cover it up.

    Look at my avatar.... lol! haha It needed repainting anyway, so I figured I'd have some fun with it. Somehow I thought it would turn out better for some reason... Well I knew I'd paint over it anyway, But I don't think I'll even leave the house until I do!

    well for a '70 240z...im sure you should be able to get over 1k for it...especially running. I'd ask whatever you're thinking of paying for the new z and then negotiate from there...

    I've worked in Lube shops for over a year, and we get this stuff a lot. I hate those little butterfly plugs. They work well... but its not permanent. You can Heli-Coil it... thats a type of thread insert. I've used them before, and can't complain. Although I think that tapping the drain pan, if possible is going to be the best plan. As long as it won't ruin the integrity of the pan. What exactly is wrong with the drain hole?

    But in all seriousness, I hear ya. I do the "...." way too much when I type, and other bad habits that I'm sure can get pretty annoying. Although it is nice to be on a forum like this one, where good grammar and spelling is, for the most part anyway, the norm.

    Dude, with any other car, I'd say it wouldn't look quite right... But with yours, I can't imagine anything else now! Really pulled that off nicely. And good call with the parking lights.

    On speed channel right now. 15 mins left of Friday's second practice session. So stoked for this year's grand prix series. Melbourne should have some good action.
