I have zero experience about turbo-engines so I to have ask this newbie-question I've been reading most of the carbed turbo -topics here, but I would still like to ask what the biggest issues are about dailydriving a L-engine with triple carbs (e.g. Webers) and blowthrough turbo + intercooler? I've always liked the looks and the sound on these old-school setups, so I would really like to have one some day. Just a bit scared about all the warnings how difficult they are to keep in good condition. Are they really difficult to work with and is there any particular books or websites that should be read before starting such a project? Sorry if I've have asked questions that have already been answered here before

I was just thinking if anyone here has used these wheels or seen pics of them on a S30. I agree that they need more -offset to be used with ZG-flares. As frontwheels they probably would be ok IMO, but the rearwheels would need more -offset.

Used the search function but didn't find anything regarding Weds ma86-wheels. The specs on these rims are 15x8,5 with -10 offset. What do you guys think, would they suit a S30 with ZG-flares? What tires would you use? Here is the page about them: http://www.weds.co.jp/products/wedssport/ma86.html

280zg was faster. The S12 is called 180ZX e.g. in Sweden.

I think the car is for sale. In Finland we have to use either M+S tires or "spikes" in the wintertime.

I think the old-school spoiler looks cool when you look at the car from behind. The JGTC is ok too, but in my opinion the BRE is better. Do you have sketches from the sides too? The JGTC may look better from the sides of the car.
