  1. I think it looks like poop when you see drums thru a nice set of custom wheels. For that reason, I'd swap atleast over to disc in the rear. I have 17x7.5 rims with coilovers. The offset is 42mm I think, and there is loads of room still to the springs. But with my 235/45/17 tires, they have touched the lip on deep dips in road. I wish I would've known what I know now.... I woulda got maybe a 45mm offset, if that woulda moved the wheel towards the diff more. Then I coulda went 8" rim with a 245 or 255 tire in the rear....
  2. For those who don't understand what we are refering to, look at my mount in this pic below. The mount needs to be strait up and down, not cocked to the right at the bottom. I was not able to move the bottom of mount over because of hitting the oil drain pipe, so I cut a L shape out of it for clearnce... problem solved...
  3. humm... I guess the cause of my first sensors failure, along with heaps of others on the LM-1 forum was a fluke. Maybe you guys that know wheres best to put the sensor, should get ahold of Klaus, the designer and owner of Inovate, and tell him to quit giving that bad/ non nessary info on how not to install the sensor that close to the turbo....
  4. yes, they do appear to have the notch already done. I had to take off that material to get it to clear the oil pipe as you said. that was the only issue I had with using them. now they are 100% puss.....
  5. I was using one .... but my car has benn down for awhile, and I've forgotton a few things since. I do know that you want the sensor farther than 8-13" from the turbos though... I ruined the first sensor right away because I had it around 12" down the down pipe. Klaus sugested that I move it aprox 3 ft down, and it has worked flawless since. You can put it right before the muffler, at the diff, and it would be better than where a narrow band sensor normally would be placed, so DON'T use the spot you had your regular ego sensor... you'll cook it quick....
  6. I just made a post in the photo forum at 6:38 pm central time, and it shows 2:31 am. My settings are correct in my options...
  7. woops, forgot to add my kudo's....very nice job!!
  8. not to hyjack the thread, but would any of you guys that have the 75-78 Z cars still have the lower valance (left, right, and center piece) off their car? I'd like to use it instead of my 240 style valance, with the under bumper blinkers, cause I like the larger opening to help out with my rather large IC I now have. I have a perfect set of 240 pieces I'll trade for the 280 pieces, or buy them from you, but must be strait and no rott.... thank you, and back to the regular scheduled programing....
  9. I just wish I had the smarts to make mine smaller.... its so large for not having hardly anything in it...

  14. yep, I use the two piece 4 to 5 lug adaptors. I've had them on my car for 5 yrs with no problems, even doing standing start launches with a stroker turbo motor... http://www.ezaccessory.com/.sc/ms/dd/1105713363542254/9/nc/Wheel%20Adapters/124/Wheel%20Adapter%204%20Lug%204%2E5%26quot%3B%20To%205%20Lug%204%2E5%26quot%3B%20Thickness%202%26quot%3B
