  1. Is that how msa sells them now, un drilled? I wouldn't trust any brand/type just taped on...
  2. I paid $250 + $80 shipping for mine. I'd like to come out even if possible....
  3. You can take your companion flanges to a machine shop and have them weld a adapter on them with 4 bolt holes to bolt up the CV's to...
  4. Very impressive workmanship there!!! Looks as though you have ran it... how's it feel?
  5. Interesting shifter solution... can you expand on what all you used for that mod, it's kinda hard to tell in that one pic. Thanks!
  6. Look at mine (sig), they are the TL/ZKW clear lens. Your's look great jay! I really like the tinted cover look....

  10. Matt, sorry for the delay. I pulled the rear cover off the 4:11 and found that the ring gear bolts have a head size for a 14mm wrench. I could not remove one so I hope you can tell by this info only... sorry.
  11. The first one I haven't watched enough to understand yet, but the T & E show is hilarious...
  12. Been there, done that. BMW e46 hid projectors retrofitted into 7" Autopal eCodes
  13. I bought that kit. Search my name for the carpet thread. I had to have them re make the under seat pieces... found it for ya.... http://forums.hybridz.org/showthread.php?t=134575
  14. Same here... 3:7. I do have a r32 gt-r 4:11 short nose CLSD I'm prolly going to end up swapping in for my 88ss VLSD I have now. With the turbo's I'm running, (twin 2876r's) there is a bit of a waiting period for boost also. I think the 4:11 is a good match for our rb25det trans... I'll try and pull the cover tomorrow on the long nose 4:11, and check out the bolt size. It has a round d/s input flange on it, so I'm confident it's prolly a late model. I'll let you know. j.
  15. I have one I'll have to check the bolts on...
  16. Sounds great Phil. You can definitely hear the gear ratio change between the Z31 trans and the reg. L6 trans. What diff? 3:7?
  17. Real nice!! You will love the view at night now. Those have a real clean cut off pattern. You shouldn't have any worries blinding oncoming traffic with those... Awesome!
  18. Or, buy a pair of the new TechnoToy LCA's. Those look nice and the price is right, and you won't have to end up waiting a 1/2 a year to get them...
  19. I think you would be ok w/o any covers. I believe those are made to be used like that. If you want them to stay half way clean and dry, you could do like KenshinX suggested. I don't use anything right now, but on the set I'm fixing to swap to, I'm going to use a pair of the clear covers I think... Please show us how they look on the car once you get the chance... I bet they look killer!
