  1. Thank Barrett-Jackson for that idiocy. About ten years ago you could've picked up running examples of that car for a couple of grand all day long.
  2. The movie WAS called The Last Race and it starred Lee Majors as a racecar driver who had to escape from Boston where cars were outlawed to California where things were more lenient.
  3. methinks someone posting here may have ended up with them
  4. Hello Tim, It looks like you have an intercooler setup with the outlets on the same side. Do you have any pictures of how you routed everything through the radiator support? Twentyfourouncer
  5. Those aren't Minilites. Minilite is one company and Western Wheels is another. Those are essentially a knock-off of a minilite wheel made by Western Wheels. I have a set and think they look pretty good, in a very classic way.
  6. There IS an intercooler. Its a liquid to air not an air to air. The ice box for it is in the trunk.
  7. You can, and probably will have to, change the studs on the exhaust manifold.
  8. I've heard good things about the Techron as well.
  9. So did anyone ever purchase this flange? And did it work out? I'm also interested in this piece but I am wondering if there are clearance issues?
  10. In my early 260z I had to have the driveshaft shortened (about an inch, could be different on yours), and I needed to replace the front flange on my differential (3.7 LSD R200) to match the pattern on the driveshaft.
  11. This is an example on ebay http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1&category=6755&item=2453925395. It is supposed to be a stage 3.
  12. What stage turbine wheel has 12 blades? On a garret T3/T4 hybrid.
  13. I know that Fel-Pro makes a complete gasket set for the engine (actually a head set and a bottom end set), but I don't know of anyone that has a complete rebuild kit with pistons, rings, bearings, etc. But if your engine truly has only 70,000 miles you wouldn't necessarily need any of these items anyway. You might try PAECO or Top End Performance.
  14. I would love it if you would do this, I am working on a 260 that I have installed a turbo motor and T5 in and need a downpipe that would fit. I would like to have a bung for the O2 sensor and I would like it to flare from 2.5 out to 3 inches. Somewhere around two hundred and I would definitely buy one from you. My preference in materials would be stainless steel. If this happens I would have one of Scotties old downpipes, unused, for sale.
  15. You can get these at Motorsport Auto for $5 apiece, probably at Courtesy Nissan as well
  16. They make it but not as one set, its in a head set and a bottom end set, two different part numbers, all the pieces are there. I found mine at Plaza Auto Parts, I don't know if they have those in your area.
  17. Just cap it off, I have the same regulator.
  18. Have you tried http://www.pegasusautoracing.com? They have a lot of brake fittings and adaptors that may help you.
  19. You might want to use the rear differential when you make the V8 swap, its an R200 and can handle more power. However, I'm not sure if it has a good ratio.
  20. I had mine done by a shop that did ornamental welding and fabrication work. Five years and still going strong. Most places that do welding of any type should have the skills to weld your sectioned struts if you do the cutting yourself. I cut mine with a large tubing cutter from Sears.
  21. You could also try a set of H4 lights. There is a person advertising them on zcar.com right now. I bought a set of the Autopal Ecodes and the difference is amazing.
