I used the Mk3 Supra intercooler and its junk for the following reasons: 1) Large pressure drop across them. The reason these intercoolers are so available is that this is on of the first upgrade the Supra owners do. 2) They are not cross flow 3) See the poor design on the end tanks, well they are well known to rip the aluminum at the end tank that is opposite the side where the intake and outtake pipes are...the aluminum is very thin on these intercoolers. Lift that Fisher Price made Supra intercooler and then lift an equally sized Spearco, HKS, Apexi and you will see the difference in quality and construction 4) The fins are a very old design that damage easy and cool inadequately. If you are going through the massive effort of putting an intercooler in your Z, at least put a good quality unit and then you don't have to do things twice. Yasin

You are asking an excellent question....one on which I am sitting on the fence on. I considered the Accusump (1qt pre-oiler) at one time....but then I figured this world has some dang hot street cars (Ferraris, 600hp+ Vettes, Lambos and Porsches etc etc), cars that make my ZXT look like garabage and they do not have Accusumps installed, and we know those owners can afford them! So I decided to not bother...I have only really seen Preoilers and Accusumps installed on mosted heavily abused track race cars. Yasin

Why is your fuel pressure so low? 20psi? I have a fully 3" on my car with straight through Flowmaster, gutted cat and no silencer and the car is not loud at all... Sounds like you have so work to do to your brakes and fix your water leaks. Yasin

I completely disagree with tony78_280z, you DO NOT want your electric fan running all the time. EFI engines need to get up to an optimum operating temp. and having the electric fan running all the time will impact that expecially if the ambient temperatute is very low. Plus why would yoy want that constant draw on your alternator all the time? Just get the thermostat kit and you will be fine. $27 from Summit Racing, see below! Yasin

I strongly recommend puchasing the electric fan thermostat kit that you can buy from Flex-A-Lite, very cheap insurance from Summit Racing...can't beat it! Yasin

You are asking a VERY general question....but 300-350hp reliable hp is attainable even on really high mileage turbo engines. Yasin
