  1. Thanks guys you made my day! Gollum - you crack me up bro... Have a great weekend. Yasin
  2. Hey Guys - I have had many people ask me about my front spoiler. I bought it 7 or 8 years ago from a Japanese company that is now sadly defunct, they used to specialize in our cars and older RWD Toyotas (AE86, KP61, MA60 etc). I forget their name but I believe it was Garage Something or Another, I just draw a blank right now. If I go back through my paperwork and brochures I might be able to find it. I bought 3 in total and two of them were badly damaged from shipping (and I sold one to another HybridZ member that has not posted in a long time). When I received them I had to do a fair bit of fiberglass repair to make them strong and perfect again. There are not many front spoilers that suit the S130 nose, so I feel lucky about the one on my car, as I bought it from a poor picture when it was sitting on the floor and not mounted on a car. A few recent pictures: The red car that m1ghtymaxXx posted is simply beautiful and perfect...that owner nailed it. Yasin
  3. I love this race immensely. Looking forward to seeing more footage of the various classes. Yasin
  4. $300 for a Cobra seat is the cheapest I have seen them..interesting...
  5. Hi Gang - Not a ground breaking post by any stretch but wanted to share or pass this recommendation along to you all. I have been running this battery for a few months now with great success, so wanted to share. This battery is lightweight and very affordable ($70). It is made by Shuriken who is also involved with Braille and their battery line, and certainly much better value than paying $110 for the equivalent Odyssey PC-680 or $200 for the Braille. The battery model is the SK-BT20 and weighs 14lbs it provides 850CA. The cheapest place online to purchase it is: http://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_17907_SHURiKEN-SK-BT20.html I bought my battery and terminal posts from Sonic Electronix and received it very quickly (even with the back ordered posts). My car sits a month or two at a time and the battery still maintains the voltage well even after this duration, granted I put the trickle charger on it for an hour or two before firing up the car. My car is a 8.3:1 Compression L30ET with a Web cam and can be fussy to start and this battery has no issues turning the engine over (usually takes a few long persuasive cranks..laughing). My only disclaimer: For a daily driver in super cold weather, I am not sure how this battery would fare. Anyway great way to save 10 or so lbs from the nose of the car and clean up the bulkyness of the engine compartment of our lovely cars. The aluminum battery holder I bought off eBay and believe it is for a Scion or something, I did a few little mods (die grinder) to make it fit the car and battery. Enjoy and hope this helps! My best - Yasin
  6. I certainly miss my '67 R16 Roadster. They are a solid appreciating classic. I bought mine for $5k and sold it for $12K. Perfect ones on eBay are upwards of $20K, now is the time to get one. Pics of my car in 2010 when I sold it: Regards - Yasin
  7. Big FJ lover here!! I imported three brand new NOS engines from Japan a few years ago and installed one with a bunch of rare TODA bits (304 cams, forged pistons flywheel etc) into my 720 Datsun Ute! Looking forward to this build and thread. Regards - Yasin
  8. Correct.. so does Porsche in the Panamera and the Cayenne
  9. Yes..correct. Those are Revolution wheels out of the U.K. Beautiful wheels and yes they date from the 1970s, I had them make me a set for my 1967 Datsun Roadster back in 2007 and was told that they were ceasing production on this style. Here is my Roadster with them:
  10. Stock..bah! I ran my car for years on 12psi with a front mount intercooler, FPR, Walbro 255lph and big exhaust and still had 140psi compression on all 6-cylinders. Car was quick and seriously fun.
  11. You managed to convert your suspension to the S14 and can't figure out how to upload pictures? I find that funny..I know I know smart ass! Looking forward to seeing the pictures. Yasin

  14. No probs..cold garages are not fun! Can you comment on the base of the spoiler is it flat like the Victory where you can mount it using two way tape or is it open \ hollow with no base and has to be grafted into the hatch. Great thanks.
  15. Does Brian's spoiler have to molded into the hatch or does it have a flat base (like the MSA Victory) or is it hollow on the underside? In this picture, is it the fitment this "gappy"? Regards - Yasin
  16. Laughing..thanks guys! Damn that is sweet..wow..looks like it fits the S30 beautifully...might require some skill to fit a S130. Is this yours?
