Hmmm... I really wonder how many laws and regs there are concerning guns. I bet most people have no clue. (barrel length, muzzles, size..) Now arent some muzzle loaded weapons illegal? Would this include potato guns?

Ive got an extra turbo manifold that Im wanting to experiment on also... I was actually thinking about making a curved one like the ld28 and where it is the same height and same runner length (maybe longer) but doesnt stick out as far. I was also considering mounting the turbo on the passenger side... that might be something to experiment with. It would really free up some space on the driver side. Also do you have a tig at your shop? That would really help if your wanting to work with the aluminum.

Good grades helps too. Also a big factor is the number of cars. We have "2" cars and 3 drivers so its less. (We drive our grandparents van since we take them everywhere they need to go. 3 cars total, only 2 on our insurance)

Looks good. Mounting at an angle like that might make it easier to funnel the air into the intercooler. It would be easier to block of the gaps between the hood, headlight buckets, airdam, to the IC. I might have to got the same route you did on the lower radiator support. Mine is somewhat smashed up.

Definitly shouldnt change the way your car looks. They chose it for a reason. They could have picked any car to put a big wing on.

I dont know about that.. that would be kind of spendy. Especially becuase youd be using the expensive ones that arent just compressed baking soda. If I remember correctly mine was pretty brittle during the winter. I chiped off a few piece that seemed loose and put my sound deadening over the rest. It should hold fine.

Ive heard of using dry ice to make it brittle than you can chip it off.

Yeah youd have to see how much heat is transfered throught metal compared to throught the air. Good idea.

Sand or media blasting is kind of expensive. I just used the airplane stripper. It might take some time but it is alot cheaper. Just do it for an hour or so a day and you be done in no time.
