  4. the mc looks like its about a year old. i rebuilt it already
  5. that dont sound like a clutch prob. my car does it too but its the diff mount. you can tell if there is a clunk

    Clutch master cylinder seals gave out. OEM MC so kinda figured it woudl happen. I didnt realize there was a member here in turlock. what do you drive? i didnt see any Zs go by
  8. 1st i want to confirm that its the MC. i was driving and when i was sitting at the stop the car died and jerked forward. fluild started dripping out of the peddle box. i inspected after i got it home*about 20 min ago* and noticed the rubber thing on the back of the MC(in the car)was moving with the rod attacted to the peddle. the fluid is leaking from where this attaches. shoudl i get the rebuild kit*12$* or jusat get a new one for about 50$?

  12. I was thinking one of the audi turbodiesels. ive also toyed w/ the idea of destroking a cummings. ive wondered about making a TD out of the ld28 but never really looked into it. would the stock internals be able to handel upwards of 40-70psi?
  13. You point the lazer pointer around the areas you think are leaking. since you cant see the lazer until it hits an object, it will show up on small amounts of steam. so if its shooting a stream of steam out that you cant see, the lazer will show up on it. correct?
  14. Yea thats alot of coolant w/o smoke or water in oil.
  15. Yea 400hp out of a honda is easy to get. the only problem is that its harder to build tourque out of them. theres a honda here in town thats in the low 10s that a high school kid built
  16. braap, i love that car. hood could look better if it went further back. but i would like a cd also. i intend on a hemi swap late fall.

  18. Im not sure but i think thats about right. hopefully someone will chime in on it. since the fuel system has a return to the tank, as soon as the pump goes off, all the fuel would return no 0psi. im just thinking but im sure that makes sense.
  19. i had to remove them the same day cuz i couldnt drive witht hem in there due to my height. they raise you up about 1.5 inch. I had them in my honda for about a year and they were the most comforable seat ive ever felt for the price

    Im looking to get a ca18de for a friend. i cant seem to find one localy so where coudl i get it online? and is this the engine out of a 87 pulsar?
  21. Wow. that is simply amazing. i wish i had access to a machine shop/the know how to do that. You should get some dyno numbers when its done and start producing those heads. how many hours/cost did the head itself take?
  22. Kregan/summit leather racing seats fit if you remove the knobs off the ends. the only problem with them is that they raise you up from the floor about 2 inches. so if you are tall they are a no go. otherwise, great swap
  23. Im thinking about this swap now. if it comes down to having a bellhousing made could the 6 tranny be used? I plan on going to the junkyard and getting one of these engines. i like this motor. Ive driven a srt4 and they accelerate good and weigh more than the s30.
