  1. What got taken down? The previous thread on HybridZ of which this is a repost? Must have if there was one.
  2. Linked from my motorcycle forum. I've only made it through page 1 of 62, but it is very funny. http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=111777031
  3. Fuuuunnkky!! I'd drive it. http://blog.wired.com/cars/2008/11/galpin-auto-spo.html
  4. Well, when you got a joke you just gotta tell... It must be that "half way around the world thing" and the latency involved.
  5. I totally forgot I took this picture about a week ago for fun. We have had this Schlumberger jump suit in our office for awhile. The sales engineers would have to wear it whenever they went out to site. You'll notice it says Schlumberger on the left breast and Chris on the right. I keep it in my drawer now to save it for a rainy day FYI - that is my cubicle I'm standing in.
  6. My company sells a lot of computer equipment to Schlumberger
  7. Decided to point out this Z is now being offered at HALF PRICE!! $7500 http://austin.craigslist.org/ctd/908366583.html
  8. That is the 2nd 2+2 that sways me. I've got a daughter now so maybe I should get rid of the coupe!
  9. The other reason so few people have gone with those wheels is because, I believe, they require a 5x120 bolt pattern. 5x114.3 is the "standard."
  10. You've never been on a forum before, have you? Don't use your caps lock key. Start with the correct forum and/or thread without hijacking other threads. Read, search, then post, especially at HybridZ.
  11. Whoa! Makes me wonder if they did some "lightening" to get it's weight down for tests.
  12. Uber fake. The landing was most obvious and the bad CGI was second easiest, then the initial wing break was way too simple and clean. Still cool!
  13. ZR-1 is a bad mofo. I'm not sure which I'd rather have. Probably the ZR-1. Still, the Vette is quite a bit more expensive and is far less consistent in it's performance than the GT-R, I'm sure. But, what do I know?
  14. That was great. Z32 don't usually go that fast down the 1/4. By the way, the description of the 11.1 from the grandstands video says it's the 11.5. I think you can edit that.
  15. For what it's worth, I feel you've done decent damage control and I'd be willing to give you guys a chance should my need arise. I feel you handled this somewhat poorly but I understand. Perhaps a private message to mike321go first would have been best and then announce the resolution in public in this thread. It's tough for anyone to regain lost respect; try not to get down on those who respond to that.
  16. FYI - there is a link at the top right of the screen that says "Thread Tools" with a drop down and you can select "Subscribe to this thread."
  17. All I could say when he took me for an exhaust dragging ride in it the other day was "holy moley! holy moley! holy moley!" If that time wasn't such a BLLLLLLUUUUURRR... I'd probably be able to say I said that about 15 times. The only thing I've been on/in that was faster than that is a Kawasaki ZX14 in Daytona a couple years ago... and he's getting close to being faster. My only real complaint is the solid motor and tranny mounts make sitting inside the car nearly unbearable... until he mashes the throttle at 4k.
  18. Holy Moly! That's all I kept saying over and over again when I got a ride in this thing a couple nights ago. I have never been in another car this fast. The only thing I've been in/on that is faster is a Kawasaki Ninja ZX-14, and that would be a close race at the drag strip. I don't know about a roll-on, but that would be very close, too, I'm sure.
  19. Agreed. If only 16" street tires weren't so hard to come by now.
  20. Yikes! Lookin' great. If you have any stock parts you want to unload on me, let me know. I have a couple parts here and there I'm missing, but you might need them.
