  4. We now have plenum plates for the VK56! Twin Turbo or MAF anyone? This set-up is going in a 1200lb desert buggy of all things! Kevin
  5. Yes it will have both a 0 to 5V TPS and a Mini Harness Kit. The mini harness is a matching connector, with 3 Pins, and 3 seals. I reccommend you crimp and solder the pins for a secure connection! Kevin

  7. Hey Mad: You betcha! When your ready and our dealer is finished with his testing, we have a Slick Ass Set-up with your name on it! Your Front valve cover will play an intregal part in the install, so know this in advance. It will also tell us where we stand on FWD applications! We are simply waiting on our dealer to finish up on the testing Phase he is doing for the standalone he wants to use and offer with his packages. The DBW PORTION is also in testing to see if it works as planned. He footed the "BIG" bill on R&D........ he sells when he is ready, just like we have done for all the ones who have stepped up to the plate for a certain Application. We know who has help Extrudabody, and we return the loyalty to those that have helped us, so please bare with us! OUR CURRENT SITUATION Currently we are "ducking and Jiving" the Gulf Storms that are approaching us! Just so everyone knows TS "Fay" fizzeled just as it went over us with 0 damage, but we shut down boarded up for 3 days just in case, and Gustav, even though it is supposed to hit "Nawleans" we will still see 50+ mph winds and we are 4hrs away. Where TF "Hanna" goes is anyones guess! Yes we know!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If you have every been to the Gulf Coast of Florida it is indeed like living in Paradise, but Not good for business, unless you are in Construction from rebuilding after a hurricane. We are currently looking at moving inland to stop these interuptions in business! Again! Please PLEASE bare with us! Kevin

  9. Hey Plastic: The VQ35 ITB's Base plates and Weld Plates are like all our products.................... universal in nature! Shortly you will see a set of the same ITB Bodies on a 2005 Porsche Boxter mounted to a Manifold in vertical fashion just as you described! So anything is possible. The VQ35 has a very low height built into the manifold to hopefully reach the largest amount installs and Swaps! The 510 above would sure sound Wicked! Kevin
  10. Joe: Jack the Pressure up on the 14lbs/hr and see where you are! Now that you posted the link to Mr Injector, those are exactly the same injectors I was running on the Green Z, but if you are running a different Head, exhaust, or have ported the intake ports, than what I was running then the Injector size of Prssure will be different.   12. Well cool on the Dyno Day, drop me a line when you have some Numbers! Have you weighed the Car by chance to see where you are on Front to Rear weight distribution? Wondering if getting the engine back 6 to 8 inches helped when the additional weight was added to the Front end? Our Set-up has actually Longer runners than Stock, although is does have to do the "S" bend to reach the Intake Valve, some aspects of a design have to be taken to reach a LARGER Market, and no hood mods was high on the NEEDS list! We will know soon enough where we are on the HP/TQ numbers! Kevin
  13. #$%^&ing NEATOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! I like it! My Buddy in Alabama is contenplating the same install. Have you had it on the Dyno to see where you are currently? Yeah I have seen the Jenvey Unit, they built a single lower Manifold from what I can tell. Not sure if they stuck to the Stock Runner Length, or if it is Shorter. Looks like a Nice Unit Though! The Euro/Lbs to Dollar Exchange rate is not helping them at the moment to sale anything in the USA! I would love to see a Jenvey VQ35 Dyno Plot on a Stock VQ35 if anyone has or has seen one? Kevin

  16. Guys if you want the File, I would be more than Happy to send it to you, yo will have to Scale it up to use it! Download the Free Software at the alibre site, and play around with it, hell with more time invested you can build much better one than the one I did there! Good CAD Skills are in Demand! Kevin

  18. Hey Pete: Thanks for the Kind Words! Flow numbers it will not include, but before and After hp/tq will be posted, which may or may not help those with a bone stock motor. The motor this is being installed on belongs to one of our Dealers, and is not a Stock motor, but a ground up build, with cams, and other bits in the motor. Tony: That is all up to the Dealer that's doing the install/tune/results. Kevin

Well we are not that far along yet, but it will be on Par price wise with the rest of our Products! www.extrudabody.biz Hopefully the DBW will work out as planned and a simple CNC housing can be intregrated into the mix. The car is running Turbo XS ECU presently, and will be converted to MAP sensor control, instead of MAF! Kevin

Actually the Stock Return Springs are really heavy! No Elevator Music jokes please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Yes I know it's not Pretty, but it's good enough to Test without CNCing a new Housing! CNCing a new Housing can shrink the SIZE in Half, and make it much better looking, this will hopefully give us great insight into DBW SET-UP and open the Door for other DBW set-ups! This will make it easier to install in the 350Z Chassis! Cable acuation is done! Kevin

  23. I should have some Videos of a 4 Cylinder running 8 injectors, 4 Injectors in the ITB Bodies, and 4 injectors spraying straight Ethanol into the horns! A Dealer is doing the Work, so we are at his time constraints! ThE Cooling Effects even under N/A warrents the use and Cost in my opinion! Kevin
  24. Careless: All Good Questions I simply do not know the Answer to! A Dealer of ours who is a 350Z Specialist is doing the install and conversion! I will have a DBW throttle Body tomorrow and will know more about how hard it is to Adapt the Stock DBW Motor to the Pivot Shaft. As it is now if someone were installing it in a different chassis with Stand Alone it would be good to go! Kevin
