You better make sure those are balanced with the covers on....... check out monoprice for some audio and automation to be thrown into the garage. ( I just did a whole home system for the house 6 zones) They have some good on the cheap stuff. I am interested to see how you turn out on the landspeed stuff. I have to go out and buy my splitter materials. I have one figured out I just have to buy the stuff......

I am going Saturday early AM to pick up the Z and drop off the Supra. ( Supra needs some more tuning, and a few other things. ) I will be drivin the Z around a bit to see what needs to be addressed. I am trying to get her ready for TX2K15. The cage still needs to be put in. I have the rest of the sound deadening material to put in the car and a new hatch strut so I will do some things while I have her at the house. I will make sure the GoPro is mounted up and ready to go for the ride home. lol...... I hope I don't get a ticket..... ( it took me less than 48 hours to get pulled over in the Supra)

I plan on seeing similar speeds on my car as well. And the hp... I dyno'd 624 at the wheels on 8lbs of boost and plan to go more in the future. I will see the loads in corners as I am planning on putting the car on the track in due time. I am working out some bugs on my car now. When I launch it is pulling to one side. I have ordered camber plates front and rear to get rid of the Nissan rubber mounts at the top of the coilovers. I have been speaking with Will about this issue. I have made sure that the ride height and shock settings are all the same. I weighed the car last week, and found some weight issues. So I will be addressing those as well. Will has built a very good set up. For me now it is working through the kinks. My set up does not have any aftermarket lower control arms yet. But that could change with the needs for adjustability. I have been looking into the TTT pieces. I will keep you informed. I am picking up the car on Sat to take for a bit and play with it to see what is what.

Truth is... I am going to the track next weekend. But it isn't a 1/4 mile track.... I am getting my daughter into Kart racing (5 years old).

I got a chance to drive my car yesterday... Its hard to explain the feeling of driving a 2500 pound car and having over 600 horsepower on tap at all times. Everything seems to be working as I continually ran out of real estate every time I pulled it seems I couldn't get halfway into 3rd gear without hitting well over a hundred and having to let out of it. I'm planning on bringing the car to TX2K15 with guys from the shop and trying to round up other LS Datsun Z owners as well. It seems when I was driving I was more concentrated on keeping it straight and on the road then looking around at gauges or anything else it took every bit of concentration for me to keep it on the road and straight. There are some things that will need to be changed and upgraded I'm going to be putting in camber plates adjustable lower control arms and maybe a Kirkey seat. I am sure it will be second nature driving this car but for now there is a difference that takes some getting used to in my end. This car is fun, scary fast, and a force to recognize all at the same time...... hell yeah.

Why? If you are going through the trouble of importing why not import something that you don't see over here, isn't that the whole point? That way you can get a better return on your purchase. Did they have any early 70s Nissans? I want a KCG10 BAD!!!

I talked to Jeremy, My car was just moved around a bit to make room for the dyno sessions. I would have gone out there yesterday if I would have known they were doing stuff. No biggie. I figured they would be messing with my car to shake it down a bit before I took a hold of it.
