Because I like torturing myself on the progress of my car. Wiring harness has been measured out, discussed as well as a few other things. It is getting a cage, and gauges taken care of while there is some down time. I am also ordering some sound deadening, but it is not like it is really going to do much..... I guess it is just for my own piece of mind I guess. So here are the pics.

I had my airdamn clearanced for the wheel and tire set up. It was the only way after the BAMF flares were put on. Wheels are 5" backspacing up front and 5" in the rear. I have a 1st run ocnversion kit on my car with off the shelf parts. from wfritz

The cars are clean. But I just don't see how they will get above 25k...... but then I think m8ne is worth more...lol don't we all.

I took a look at it today when I went by to look at my bondo bomb. The pictures do not do the paint justice. It really looks good. That color does have a lot of depth to it.

Balls out=good job in getting the front end to pull off the ground Other translation= now just get it to go down the track doing the same, without getting out of it hard and slamming the pan on the ground and you should get one hell of a 1/4 mile time......

Went by the shop to check on my car. 1 flare left to install. Hopefully within the next 2 days it should be back at the shop for final assembly. Evidently the people that did the full repaint on the car, and the rust repair a the fender lips were bondo happy....... The previous owner has reassured me that the car was never in an accident. It spent 2 or 3 years in Chicago at the first part of its life and the salt on the roads is what took a tole on the car. He had it repainted back in the late 70s and they must have smeared all the bondo on the panel.....

Balls out....lol now get it to take the beating and get to the other end in good time.

Search on ls1tech.com I waited several months and picked up a built t56 6 speed for 2k with the bell housing, shifter and a clutch master. There are deals out there you just have to wait, and when you see one.... pony up the cash FAST.

I went. It was cold. Only one other s30 there, had triples n/a motor. large Porsche, Camaro, and Mustang turn out. I was there for about 1.5 hrs, long enough to see all the cars. I would like to go again but I am not sure when I will be in Dallas when it is going on again. No sweat on the no show.
