the imsa kit still falls short of the door/door sill area. I would extend it to look proportional. as all of the others are good.

I will have more time to work on the z as I laid-off my regular job I have had for 9 years. No sweat I have already been developing my own company over the last few years so rungs should still be good.... Just no benefits.......

I like tba look of the flares on this z but I have an issue with the rear flares. I thinly they should carry over to the door to be more fluid. I am a BIG fan of the ,RWB p-cars. I would like to do something like that to my z..... Just a nasty duly purpose built widebody.

I was going to pick up the car on Saturday am, but I will have to work. so I have to wait another week. I will try to work the bugs out with some help of others so that the car will be back up and running, until I can decide what to do. Mom and daughter are home and healthy! 7lbs14oz. I see why my dad got a 2+2 and played with that back in the day.

My car has been at geez shop. I have Dyno sheets from the car. I am at the hospital burning time before my wife delivers our daughter. I will get with you for sure once things settle down here. I have faith in the card setup. It was built to the 9's by the previous owner to show what he could do to potential clients. I have find of different jets. I did add method to the water tank, and per tom's advise up the jets for the valve. Any way..... I know I should be faster with working out the kinks. Thank you for the support. After a visit to Batteries Plus I puchased a X2 Power battery, 17.2 lbs, 320CCA, 109.00, I got the posts to convret the batter for auto use as well. It should work good. I am glad everyone chimed in. I would have just gone and bought another big battery.....that would not have been so hybridz of me now would it......I will update this thread as time goes on. I have a 2 year warranty with it as well. Time will tell....

After a little more poking and proding this morning I am going to Batteries Plus to look at a Harley Davidson battery, X220L. It is 15.5lbs., has a better CCA rating than the Odssey, and it is a AGM battery. They quoted me at 114.00...... It is only 1/2" larger than the Odssey.

@carjway how did you wire up the battery? There are not posts on it to connect to the cables. Did you just "screw" a bolt throught the connector and secure it that way?

I am trying to get the car back this weekend if I have time. The car dyno was well terrible. Way too rich after 5 lbs. It went to 9 lbs. My meth injection kicks in at 5 lbs. I added meth to the tank so that could be part of the problem, or my secondary jets could be too big..... I am not sure I will have to see. All in all it is looking like I will make the switch to fi.... I am going to play with what I have for now and then see where I can go from here. I hit 176 to the wheels. Terrible...... Hopefully after a few days of reading holly books I can make some sense of it. I have reached out to a few other TT guys to see what their set ups are in regards to the jetting...... Anyone with ideas?

Again at what cost? These things are so far out of reach of the typical buyer. How much more can these heads flow to warrant the price? Using a crossflow type head can you really extract that much more hp?

Yeah I am subscribed to mayday's page. They are some local guys. They had the link. I like looking at the rocky auto cars they seem to put out some good stuff. Keeps me motivated to get my car on the road....
