Yes you can. You can post any pet on craigslist, there is a dedicated section for pets. What you cannot do is post pets for sale. Craigslist pets policy: I wouldnt put my girl on craigslist anyway. Pet saviors need not reply to this thread, im doing a fine job of treating this animal well.

Guys, I adopted a sweet little 2-3 year old Boxer from the Downey animal control back in December. On the 7th night, she got in a huge fight with our older dog in the backyard. There was blood on the ground in the rain, but no major injuries...just nicks and small cuts on their ears, etc. We kept a close eye on them from then on, hoping it was just a fight where they were establishing who was boss. This morning i woke up and they were fighting in the kitchen. My older dog once again tore her up pretty bad. She has teeth marks on the back of her neck and shes bleeding a little. Its nothing major, i looked her over and i dont feel she needs to go to the vet. Im going to be washing her in a little bit. Shes fixed and has all her shots, and has a microchip in her. I have no idea why the heck these dogs cant get along. Shes really licky licky and in the face to my 2 other dogs, so that may be a reason they are fighting. The Boxer loves to cuddle, she will sleep with you at night in the bed. She stays really clean if kept indoors. She pees outside, and will let you know when she needs to be let out. She also loves to go to the dog beach and dog park, also LOVES to play fetch and catch as well as tug of war. I would be forever grateful if one of you SoCal guys would take her in. I was going to post on craigslist, but thought it would be the best thing if a HybridZ'er would give her a home. I cannot keep her anymore because i dont want any major injuries to any of the dogs. I just dont feel that my older dog should suffer because i was stupid enough to bring another dog into the house. Im in Norwalk and i will bathe her before transporting to your home, or you can come pick her up here. Thats what my older dog did to her. Once again, i wouldnt trust anyone other than a HybridZ'er to take her and give her some love. Shes a really sweet girl. She is the perfect family dog, for a family with NO PETS. She obviously doesnt get along with other dogs, and she does snap at my cat when hes minding his own business. Her name is Muffin, according to my 4 year old son.

You guys in SoCal arent even focusing on whats at hand here. I cant believe you guys are supporting teams across the country, thats just lame. You all should be praying NY knocks the Pats out of a Super Bowl win after they knocked our SD team out of the championship. Why people root for teams in places theyve never been or ever will go, really irks the ♥♥♥♥ out of me.

I subscribed to the thread because i live right outside LA in Norwalk. I have a similar project in the works involving a TPI motor and a 280zx. -
Full time street/race brake duct setup w/pics.
David K replied to David K's topic in Brakes, Wheels, Suspension and Chassis
Sure Justin! I was hoping to edit my original post, but i guess its been too long? You feel like making some copies of these? -
Im surprised nobody has commented on the straight axle yet. Thats totally reverse engineering. Your mechanic says it wont kill handling...yes it will. Why would you go from a beefy IRS LSD to a straight axle? Theres no need to, the rear will handle it. Its not like you are replacing a weak lil R180 in a 240z to handle a high power motor, we are talking about a seriously beefy r230 LSD here. Ill mention the independant rear suspension one more time.

You need to match the head with the pistons you are using. P head should go with flat pistons, and N heads should go with dished pistons.

Need Ideas, Keep Popping Freeze Plugs!
David K replied to Garrett76Zt's topic in Trouble Shooting / General Engine
Garret, did you ever figure this out? It just happened to me yesterday http://forums.hybridz.org/showthread.php?t=126373 -
Guys, I just finished a nice little n42/n47 motor 2 weeks ago. I fired it up 3 days ago and havent been able to get the motor to run right. Today i figured out the AFM spring tension wheel needed to be turned another turn. Everything was running well, so i revved it up and down in the driveway and an expansion plug popped out of the block. I shut the motor down within 2 seconds. I swear up and down that all the plugs were in the block as best as they could when i installed them. I rubbed grey silicone on the mating surface of the block, and also on the plugs themselves. They were super tight when i put them in. This crap just scares me, i wanna drive cross country. After i cleaned up the mess, i came in and read a little bit on a Ford forum. I found that some of the guys racing their cars are threading the expansion plug holes and sticking some threaded plugs in the block. Theres a couple of guys doing the same with the oil gallies on their Datsun motors, so why not the expansion plugs. I dont plan on taking the car anywhere itll get cold enough to pop a plug. As you can see, the threaded expansion plug mod is popular enough that Ford Racing offers a complete kit for race applications http://store.summitracing.com/partdetail.asp?part=FMS-M-6026-B302&view=1&N=150+150 My zx will see many high speed track events. I will not drive it on the street as much as a drive it on the track. I expect BRAAP and others who build serious motors to give me some input on these threaded plugs

New Truck wanted:Toyota Diesel - Other options?
David K replied to BillZ260's topic in Non Tech Board
I tow a full car trailer with either a 300zx or a 280zx on it every other weekend in my 5.4 Expedition. Let me tell you, if you wanna tow over 2 tons, a turbo deisel is the way to go. No ifs ands or buts, you want the power to tow and not struggle going up hills, or dropping down to 2nd gear and revving the crap out of your motor, turbo deisel. Dont skimp on trucks, or itll hurt you in the long run. The smallest thing i would tow with is an F250. This is from experience after buying the Expedition with the 5.4. -
Which color centers for my new CCW Classics?!
David K replied to a topic in Brakes, Wheels, Suspension and Chassis
Justin im gonna just be honest and tell you i dont like any of your previous selections. I dont know why, they just dont look right to me. I think if you keep a bare polished rim/lip and go with a graphite color for the inside, you cant go wrong. http://wjjeeps.com/wheel_11_rogue_cast.jpg -

Which color centers for my new CCW Classics?!
David K replied to a topic in Brakes, Wheels, Suspension and Chassis
The wheels look beautiful by themselves polished, but they look better in black on the car. -
Very nice! Ill have my Y40 at this house in a couple of weeks. More pics to follow.

You should tell them to get rid of the early 90's junk and get some new Hyundai products.

Last i scaled my 280zx it came in around 2,750. Thats what the bumpers removed under the fiberglass and all climate control stuff removed from the engine bay. Since then ive removed every single thing under the dash, the only things left are the gauges in front of the the driver and the triple gauges. All interior is gone as well as additional bits and peices from the chassis i wont be needing. Every single peice i removed from the car was weighed upon removal, and i calculate my 280zx is down around 2,400-500 now. Its just an engine, suspension, dash, and seats. Ill scale again when i get the motor back in just for reference.

BRAPP, I just want to point how random damages can be. A few friends and I were driving up to Mt Wilson a couple of years ago, and I hit a bear in the 280zx with fiberglass body kit from MSA and didnt even scratch the paint.

S130 specific website - checking Interest...
David K replied to xenonxiii's topic in S130 Series - 280ZX
Xenon, id like to thank you for the S130 site. Tonight i used the reference section and downloaded the 82 service manual so i could get the torque specs of the engine bottom end bolts. Thanks! -
Thats probably one of the best things i can get to help. Damn this AFM, it should have been a simple adjustment.
-
Geeez Tony, so you are are saying the vg30et swap into my 79 isnt illegal in CA and can actually PASS inspection as long as i have a motor from a passenger car and not a truck and all OE emmisions equipment installed and functional just like it says in a zillion threads here on the site? By golly thats wonderful news, i shall rejoice tonight!

my car is a piece of ♥♥♥♥ !!
David K replied to zdrifter280's topic in Trouble Shooting / General Engine
Id still look at the clamps man. Compressors pump up stuff slow, boost is quick. I bet you are blowing a hose off the intercooler when boost hits. -
A few months ago i finally got the TWM TB on my zx and i cant for the life of me get the damn fuel delivery correct now. I removed the innards from the n/a AFM and put them in a turbo AFM. The engine is a p90 shaved and shimmed with flat pistons. Im adjusting fuel at idle, 2,500 rpm, and 4,500 rpm.I figured if i get the fuel mixture correct on all 3 of those engine speeds i should be good to go all the way up to 6k at least. I seriously cant get the damn mixture correct. Im thinking about sticking a colortune plug in each cylinder and checking combustion. Given what i know, it shouldnt be any different than tuning carbs with a colortune, correct me if im wrong.

I really didnt post so everyone can tell me its my computer, must have adware, etc etc etc. Im very computer savvy and i know and have known how to use one. Lets just get that out of the way. Now lets talk about content related ads. Mario, ive used google ads before on several sites and im fully aware of how they operate. Just like to get that out of the way too. So how about we watch this video NOW!!! Nice ass on that girl, bending over and everything. How about another ad warning people not to click unless they are 18. Doesnt matter what on the other side, people see "over 18" or whatever and automatically think PORN. I mean, what if a librarian or SUPERVISOR at your work walks by and sees that. Do you think they are gonna ask questions? I dont think so. Must be over 18? Librarian: banned from library for life, Boss: must be porn, fire him. How about we watch the Anna Nicole Smith SECRET FILES? Damn, everyone knows she was in Playboy and got around more than a basketball on a halfcourt. Perfect time for a supervisor at work to walk by. I better not click, because im not under 18. Whatever that link has to show, apparently isnt appropriate for me to see! Im pretty close to Whittier. I like black bras too. Damn good looking woman, i think ill click on that so i can find some women in my area to hook up with and have some "intimate" relations with. Afterall, it is "intimate dating", or so it says. OOhhh Jessica Alba steamy videos!

I wish it was just that, but theres nothing in this PC. Its something on hybridz. I can surf the net all day and nothing happens until i come to hybridz. EDIT: I just went to internet explorer settings and checked out the pop up blocker execptions and Hybridz was the only site i was allowing pop ups from. I allowed pop ups on hybridz a while back because i like the PM notification feature. I disallow pop ups from this site now. Hopefully the admins see that the ads are messin' with peoples experience here. DOUBLE EDIT: Im getting a lot of soft porn crap on the advertisements too. God knows what people are thinking over my shoulder. They probably think im a perv or something looking at a porn forum.
