    The rod snapped and blew a hole in the block after shattering the girdle,but it wasnt loud...impressive! Is the engine made of lead?

    Hmm? i thought the ecu grounded the injector,rather than sending a signal?.Maybe i'm wrong but i thought the ecu made a complete circuit by grounding-perhaps resulting in 3vt on the other side of the injector?

    Is it normal or ok for one piston to be sticking up and not the others?suppose one of them is 3 thousandsths of in the other direction,sounds like differing compression ratios to me but im no engine builder.

    Oh yea you may also want to be carefull with those venoms,i have been hearing a lot of bad about those lately,i think it was here actually.Apparently it is rare to have a set of them that actually all flow the way they are supposed to.I know that i would at least be worried at 26#

    Sorry progress has been stopped and project scrapped and sold.I stilll have the car but the engine is now going to be lt1 or lsx in family.I could no longer justify the modification,cost and reliability to performance ratio just to be different...i guess it was inevitable really.

    you should rewire the start position on the ignition switch so that it operates the washer now,that way you can leave the keys in it and if anyone trys to start it the washer will wet the windshield-should make for some confusion lol.

    No. Get his adress handy first.Now go buy a nice scoped rifle,drill a large hole in the trunk of your car for the barrel to fit through and get a driver.Now park a few hundred yards from his house and wait.Bring some candy bars too-you might be hanging out in the trunk a while.

    Just wondering if anyone has put a cosworth motor in their z?
