  1. I used to call it baby diaper green. It's a custom from the PO in the 80s. It has a gold flake base.
  2. No problem nagaz and good luck with your track car.
  3. The ones rb26powered74zcar has in the first pic are the same ones. (The green car is mine). From what I saw of MAS flares, the fronts looked different from the Motorsport Auto "Street Flares" (not as convex of a bubble). FYI MSA contacted me about my set and wanted to buy them to make a new mold. Maybe you guys should work something out with them!
  4. I've been a Television Videographer for 31 years. Here are some pics from back when my job was fun. http://sites.google.com/site/zlalomz/steveparmley-cameraguy
  5. Nice, this is my favorite spoiler. I waited over a year to get mine from a vendor that doesn't make them anymore. I never heard the Victory story, I always thought it was from the IMSA days when taller spoilers were legal.
  6. I haven't heard, sorry.

  7. Is zwolf selling his Imsa z

  8. I'll dig through my stuff, scan and e-mail it to you. I'm not sure it has dates on it since it's just the article I clipped from the magazine.
  9. Plus one for Roger and Terry. I still have the kit car magazine article on Terry back before the interweb machine.
  10. Turkey gang sign, very street. Here's one from the eighties, a video shoot in Hawaii. I'm the one in back with no game.
  11. I facebooked some DeAnza autocross people and posted on a Bay Area autocross forum. If this is the right car, I think we can find it.
  12. Here are some more pics to help you identify the car. I can't remember where I got these but I think Auxilary took these too.
  13. Here is one I took in the 90s or late 80s at an autocross. I will try and find the owner. Anyone else here know?
  14. Is this your dad's car? Member Auxilary took these pics at the DeAnza autocross.
  15. Joel Anderson is still around. If you need contact info just let me know.
  16. Those look like Motorsports "IMSA" flares. They are a bit wider and have the mud flaps compared to Motorsport "street flares" that I have.
  17. I don't know why you want 15x10 on a stock suspension but here is what the front looks like with 5 inch backspace. It clears with a stretched tire but I'm not sure about say a wider 275 Hoosier.
  18. Thats a "Series One" judging from that last shot. I just sent you a PM about that console.
  19. I have a set of stock steel wheels with mis-matched old tires, but they do hold air. I'm in Folsom. I could send some pics If you are interested. My email is zlalomz@gmail.com

    Blog?

I think a blog including photos about your business and track days would be very interesting, like Rob Fuller has at Z Car Garage. http://www.zcarblog.com/
  21. Some fenders for $100. It looks like the owner doesn't know they are "Ferraree". http://sfbay.craigslist.org/nby/pts/1078888096.html
  22. I guess I need to post some video on how well this simple counterweight works. I can spin the car with my pinky and lock it down with one bolt on the center tube. As the weight changes from a cage added you just change your counterweights. Just weld on one tube and hang some weight from it and you're done.
  23. He is a good guy to deal with and the check cleared. I tried to give the automatic away on craigslist but no one wanted it. A Hybrider let me know about this guy and good thing too. A much better deal than hauling it to the dump!
  24. "The first Stig, stunt driver Perry McCarthy, lost the job after outing himself in his book Flat Out, Flat Broke, published in 2002. He was known as The Black Stig and always wore a black suit and helmet before he was "killed off" during the third series in 2003. Collins has since become The White Stig, and wears an all white helmet and suit." Flat Out, Flat Broke is a great read by the way. If it is Collins, I hope he writes a book about his experiences with the celebs and the Top Gear folks.
  25. 1965 Corvair Corsa with four 1 barrel carbs. I rebuilt the motor in high school auto shop. It's moment of glory was beating my friend in his brand new TR-6 in a street race. Worn tires plus wet roads, rear engine and a very large California oak tree combined to make this photo in 1974.
