  1. yeah, the 80's jags have wiring problems for sure. AND they have more coolant problems than jeeps. i'm moving to finland in about 8 months, and in anticipation i looked online for sites outlining the motorsports market there. aftermarket support is much more available there. lots of cool, hopped up jags and bimmers and volvos there. i would agree with the previous poster that shipping is what hinders the market here. and amen on the exhaust note. one of the smoothest revving engines ever. and torque monsters to boot.
  2. ypwzers! my guess is -20 offset. it might say it on the inside of the spokes. nice offset though for 15's.
  3. yeah maybe when i'm older and weight is an issue for me, i'll eat healthier. but for now i'll skip the self torture of eating small, bland porions.
  4. haha! you WILL bow down to the new limited time only Pringles flavors. give in to the Honey Mustard Pringles!!!! just a fan of the new flavors, not retarded. gona go back to trying to bite my own ear again.
  5. dude, that made me laugh so hard!!!!!! so hard that i think i might've.......wait, these aren't fat free. no olean here. thanks for the heads up though. and the laugh.
  6. retards think alike too, ya know. just saying....
  7. wow, these new Pringles flavors are the bomb.com! they have loaded baked potato, cheeseburger, hot wings, and the best yet....honey mustard! they sound weird at first but OH MY DAYUM these honey mustard one are awesome. limited time only....that kinda sux. oh well.....
  8. my 76 has the EXACT same problem. plenty of fuel pressure from brand new fuel cell and holley pump. NO INJECTOR PULSE. have replaced three of the injectors, the efi harness, the ecu, the AFM, the tps.....still nothing, next i'm going to replace the dropping resistor. my wiring diagnostics are limited, but i checked continuity according to schematics and everything should be working. at my wits end. it's about to get su's if i can't get it running soon.
  9. yeah, i wasn't saying they were unreliable, just that when things go wrong, no one can afford to fix them. thus, they sit in countless driveways, collecting dust.
  10. i would assume (big assumption here) that jag i-6 swaps are something you never see because nice, mid-90's model jags, sitting broken down in people's yard is something you ALWAYS see. parts are ridiculously priced for jags. even oe replacement stuff has no listing with your run of the mill parts stores. i think it'd be a worthwhile venture if you can find a better source for parts. they've gotta have decent torque to push around a big heavy soap bar looking car like a jag.
  11. lol, you're in washington. the precipitation capital of the US. but yeah, that's kinda ridiculous. at least in memphis, if we don't like the weather we can just wait it out for ten minutes. then, it completely changes.

  13. hehe, just had to laugh at the pulp fiction insert, especially with the oddly selective profanity filter. made my day. yeah, some dillhole took one of my wheels 2 days ago. i dunno why he didn't get all four, since it was in the middle of nowhere with no wheel locks. weird. losers.
  14. is the slag between 2nd and 3rd a Nissan trademark or something? it was terrible in my KA 5spd in my s13, and when i did the rb20 swap i expected better....nope. still falls on it's face when driving normally. had a 5spd in the 76, same thing. lost 1st and 2nd in it and therefore put the 4spd in, same friggen problem. in a bulk buy i got some really cool stuff (an old autocrosser seller) including unopened, brand new in box e31 and p90, a couple race motors (1 l24 and 1l28). the mystery item is a 5spd tranny that i have sitting in my storage unit. not getting my hopes up, but i watched the video with keichi tsuchiya driving the spirit garage z and i noticed that 1st is in the down position. this tranny has a shift knob on it with 1st in the down position. tomorrow i'm riding to smyrna, TN to buy an '02 GS300 for a daily so that i can get back to tooling around on the z's and the s13. i'm sure i'll have to install and drive the new tranny to get any answers unless you guys have some. as this is off topic, feel free to just pm me the answer, or if the moderators don't mind and it's a quickie answer, i'd appreciate that as well. please and thanks for any help!
  15. in a load of parts i picked up in a bulk buy locally there was an unopened, unused p90 head. it sold to a guy in austrailia. USPS was the cheapest by 80 bucks! he recieved the head in 6 days too, so there's obviously no customs hangups with USPS. just saying.....
  16. no offense intended. hopefully the admins here aren't thin-skinned enough that that post wost cause them to get upset. besides, i thought the lol at the end would set the playful, joking tone well enough. perhaps i was wrong.
  17. promise to spray paint another big frownie face across the block before you chunk it in the dumpster. i got a kick outta that.
  18. thank you very much. I think I've made up my mind. i always wished enkei would make the RPF01's with a friggen lip. this is the closest thing i've seen to my ideal wheel....ever. but isn't 2500 euro like 4000 usd? geez
  19. for every mod listed in these forums, there's at least one person scratching there head, asking "wtf? why......?" this one just has a few more scratched heads in its wake, lol.
  20. I suppose it wouldn't matter for a daily driver, but i had brake fade issues on my 240sx when the iron calipers got hot, and with the aluminum 30mils i've been quite impressed. fwiw
  21. throttle play can do just the same thing as countersteer if you're any good.
